Setup

1. SIM Card Installation

The tracker requires a SIM card for network connectivity. Please note that the device only supports GSM (2G) network SIM cards. We recommend using an E-Plus or O2-SIM card for optimal performance.

  1. Carefully open the cover of the SIM card slot on the side of the tracker.
  2. Insert a valid 2G GSM SIM card into the slot with the metal contacts facing down. Ensure it is fully seated.
  3. Close the cover securely.

2. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the device. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the tracker's USB charging port and the other end to a standard USB power adapter (DC 5V - 1.0A).

The indicator light will show charging status. A full charge provides up to 25 days of standby time or approximately 2 days of normal use.

3. Application/Web Platform Setup

To utilize the full features of the tracker, you need to set up the APN for your tracker and use the dedicated mobile application or web platform. The application is compatible with Android and iOS devices, and the web platform can be accessed from desktops and tablets.

  1. APN Configuration: Refer to your SIM card provider's instructions for APN settings. This is crucial for the tracker to connect to the internet.
  2. Download App: Search for the official GPS tracking application (e.g., "GPSHOME" as shown in images) on your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS).

Operation

1. Real-time Tracking

Once the tracker is powered on and connected to the network, you can view its real-time location through the mobile application or web platform. The positioning accuracy is up to 5 meters, utilizing GPS/A-GPS/LBS dual-mode positioning.

2. History Route Playback

The device stores historical route data for up to 3 months. You can review and replay the travel path of the device via both the web platform and the mobile application.

  • Navigate to the "History" or "Route Playback" section in the app/web interface.
  • Select the desired date range to view the historical route.
  • The path taken by the tracker will be displayed on the map.

3. Geo-fence Function

Set up virtual safety zones (geo-fences) on the map. If the tracker enters or exits these predefined areas, you will receive an alert notification.

4. Other Functions

  • Low Power Alarm: Receive an alert when the device's battery is running low, prompting you to recharge it.
