Common questions about manuals, registration, and support for this brand.
Turn on your speaker to enter Bluetooth pairing mode (often automatic on startup, or press the Bluetooth button). On your device, navigate to Bluetooth settings, select your ION product name, and connect. If a code is requested, enter '0000'.
Power on both compatible speakers. Press and hold the Stereo-Link (or Link) button on the primary speaker, then do the same on the secondary speaker. Wait up to 30 seconds for them to pair wirelessly before connecting your Bluetooth source.
Many ION portable speakers, such as the Wave Rider X and Glowstone Link, feature water resistance ratings (e.g., IP67). However, standard PA systems (like Total PA Prime) are generally not waterproof. Always check the specific IP rating in your user manual before outdoor use.
For rechargeable models, fully charge the battery before first use. To maximize lifespan, charge the battery completely after each use and avoid leaving it uncharged for long periods (more than 3 months).
