Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your vacuum cleaner:
- Insert the wand into the nozzle until it clicks securely into place.
- Place the Lift-Away pod onto the wand.
- Insert the handle into the top of the wand until it clicks.
- Connect the hose to the back of the pod.
- Store accessories on the onboard posts.

Operating Instructions
Power and Surface Settings
Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet. Press the power button to turn on the vacuum. Select the appropriate surface setting:
- Hard Floor Setting: For bare floors and delicate area rugs. The brushrolls spin slowly.
- Carpet Setting: For carpets and rugs. The brushrolls spin faster to pick up embedded debris.

DuoClean PowerFins HairPro Technology
The DuoClean PowerFins HairPro nozzle features two brushrolls designed to grip and capture embedded hair, fine dust, large debris, and embedded dirt from both carpets and hard floors. The PowerFins provide nonstop contact on carpets and floors, while the soft roller pulls in particles and polishes floors.

Lift-Away Mode
The Lift-Away feature allows you to detach the pod from the nozzle for portable cleaning. This is ideal for cleaning stairs, upholstery, and other above-floor areas.
- Step on the foot pedal located on the nozzle to release the pod.
- Lift the pod away from the main unit.
- Attach desired accessories (e.g., Pet-Multi Tool, Duster Crevice Tool) to the end of the hose or wand for specialized cleaning.

LED Headlights
The nozzle is equipped with LED headlights to illuminate hidden debris and dust, ensuring a thorough clean in dimly lit areas.

Maintenance
Emptying the Dust Cup
Empty the dust cup after each use or when debris reaches the MAX FILL line.
- Press the dust cup release latch and lift the dust cup off the pod.
- Hold the dust cup over a trash bin and press the bottom release latch to open the bottom of the dust cup.
- Tap gently to empty contents. Close the bottom lid until it clicks.
Cleaning Filters
Regularly clean the filters to maintain optimal suction power. Rinse filters with cold water only and allow them to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling.
- Pre-Motor Filters (Foam & Felt): Rinse every 3 months.
- Post-Motor HEPA Filter: Rinse once a year.

Troubleshooting

- Vacuum turns off on its own:
- The vacuum may have overheated. Turn off the vacuum, unplug it, and allow it to cool for at least 45 minutes. Clear any blockages and clean filters before restarting.
- Brushrolls not spinning:
- Ensure the vacuum is powered on and the correct surface setting (Carpet) is selected.
- Check for blockages or hair wrap around the brushrolls and remove them.
- Ensure the nozzle is properly connected to the main unit.
