3. Setup Guide

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the camera for 12 hours using the provided USB cable and a 5V/1A power adapter (not included). The blue indicator light on the camera will illuminate during charging.

3.2 Powering On and Resetting the Camera

1. Press and hold the power button for 5-8 seconds to turn on the camera. You will hear a voice prompt.

3.3 App Installation and Connection

Download the "EseeCloud" or "Hisee Cloud" app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the on-screen instructions to add your device:

1. Open the app and click the "+" icon to add a device.
2. Enable Bluetooth on your phone for automatic device discovery.
3. Select the detected camera (e.g., "Network camera") and click "Add".
4. Input your home Wi-Fi network (supports dual-band 2.4G/5G Wi-Fi) and password. Wait for the configuration process to complete.
5. Once successfully added, you can name your device and begin viewing the live video feed.

3.4 Physical Installation

The camera is designed for easy installation. Drill 3 holes for the mounting bracket and adjust the camera to your desired angle. Ensure the solar panel is positioned to receive at least 4 hours of direct sunlight daily for continuous operation.

4.1 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Connectivity

The Hiseeu C90-64G supports both 2.4G Wi-Fi 4 and 5G Wi-Fi Pro, offering enhanced connection stability and extended range (up to 400ft without obstruction). This allows for flexible placement further from your router.

4.2 High-Definition Video and Night Vision

Capture clear footage with 4MP HD resolution. The camera features color night vision, allowing you to identify details even in low-light conditions. A 135° wide lens provides extensive coverage.

4.3 Motion Detection and Alerts

The camera utilizes PIR/AI Human Detection to reduce false alarms by distinguishing humans from other moving objects. Adjustable sensitivity settings are available. Receive instant notifications on your smartphone when motion is detected.

4.4 Two-Way Talk and Siren Alarm

• Battery-Saving Mode: Records 5/10/20/30 seconds per video upon motion detection.

5.1 Solar Panel Care

6. Troubleshooting

• Camera not connecting to Wi-Fi: Ensure your Wi-Fi password is correct and that you are connecting to a 2.4G or 5G network. Try resetting the camera and repeating the connection process. Ensure the camera is within range of your router.
• Frequent false alarms: Adjust the PIR/AI Human Detection sensitivity settings in the app. Define specific detection zones to avoid monitoring sensitive areas like trees or busy roads.
• Poor night vision quality: Ensure the camera lens is clean and free from obstructions. Check if the white light alert is enabled for color night vision.
• Battery draining quickly: Verify the solar panel is receiving adequate direct sunlight daily (at least 4 hours). Reduce the frequency of motion detection events or consider using 24/7 recording with continuous USB power if needed.
• No recording: Check if the 64GB Micro SD card is properly inserted and formatted. Ensure a recording mode is selected in the app.
