Setup
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, ensure the transmitters are fully charged using the provided USB-A to USB-C charging cable. The receiver does not require charging as it draws power directly from the connected device.

2. Connecting to Your Device
- Plug the USB Type-C receiver into your compatible smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
- Press and hold the power button on each transmitter for 2 seconds to turn them on.
- The transmitters and receiver will automatically pair within 10 seconds. A solid blue indicator light on both units confirms a successful connection.
Compatibility Note: The BY-V20 is compatible with iPhone 15/16 series, Android smartphones, tablets, and other USB-C devices. For some Android models like OPPO and VIVO, you may need to enable the OTG function in your device settings for the microphone to function correctly. If the receiver does not light up, remove any phone case and reinsert the receiver firmly into the phone's port.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
To power on the transmitters, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. To power off, press and hold the power button again until the indicator light turns off.
2. Noise Reduction (NR) Function
The BY-V20 features an innovative noise reduction technology. Press the NR Button on the transmitter to activate or deactivate the noise reduction function. When enabled, the indicator light will be static green. This function helps to minimize ambient noise for clearer audio recordings. Note that noise reduction cannot be toggled while the microphone is in mute mode.

3. Charging Your Phone While Recording
The USB Type-C receiver includes a charging port on its side. This allows you to power and charge your smartphone or device while recording, supporting charging currents up to 3A. This is particularly useful for extended recording sessions, live streaming, or video calls.

5. Wireless Range
The BY-V20 utilizes 2.4GHz dual-channel wireless transmission technology, offering a stable line-of-sight range of up to 328 feet (100 meters) in open environments without obstacles or interference.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your BY-V20, please refer to the following checklist. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
- The unit fails to pair: Make sure to pair the transmitter(s) with one receiver. If paired with more than one receiver, which receiver will be paired with the transmitter(s) cannot be specified.
- No sound from the unit or no sound when connected to an external device:
- Make sure the connector on the receiver is well connected to your device.
- Make sure the transmitter(s) is not muted. If its indicator blinks blue slowly, users need to press the power button once to unmute the transmitter(s).
- The operation range of the unit is limited and the sound is frequently intermittent: Make sure there is no interference between the transmitter(s) and receiver. If the intermittent sound still occurs frequently, please contact us for after-sales service.
- The unit shuts off automatically: When not paired, the transmitter(s) will automatically shut down after 10 minutes.
- The unit fails to be powered on: Make sure the unit has enough battery to be powered on. Try plugging in a charging cable to activate the circuit.
- The charging case fails to charge the unit:
- Make sure the charging case's battery is not depleted. Try charging the case.
- Wipe the charging contacts of the unit and charging pins of the charging case with a clean cloth and to make sure no dust is covering them.
- Try to push down the unit placed in the charging case until the charging contacts are fully connected. After that, if the unit still fails to be charged, the magnetic force may be aging. Please contact us for after-sales service.
