- Do not operate any fireplace with a damaged cord or plug, or if the heater malfunctions or has been dropped or damaged in any manner.
- Do not use outdoors. This fireplace is intended for indoor use only.
- Keep combustible materials such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 m) from the front of the fireplace.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the fireplace.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- This fireplace is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces.
- Always use properly grounded, fused outlets.
- Do not cover the front air outlet on top of the fireplace heater.

Installation
This electric fireplace offers both wall-mounted and recessed installation options. Ensure you have the necessary tools and follow all safety guidelines.
Dimensions and Clearance
Before installation, ensure you have adequate space and maintain proper clearances. The overall dimensions are 50.0" W x 6.0" D x 17.7" H. For recessed installation, the insert part dimensions are 48.8" W x 5.5" D x 16.9" H. Always reserve some space for the plug-in cable and air vent.

Wall-Mounted Installation
- Choose a suitable location on a wall, ensuring it is away from combustible materials and has access to a grounded electrical outlet.
- Attach the mounting bracket (included) to the wall using appropriate screws and anchors, ensuring it is level and securely fastened to wall studs if possible.
- Carefully lift the fireplace unit and hook it onto the mounting bracket. Ensure it is securely seated.
- Plug the fireplace into a grounded 120V AC outlet.
Recessed Installation
- Construct a framed opening in your wall or cabinet with dimensions of approximately 49.2" W x 6.25" D x 17.25" H. Ensure the framing is sturdy and can support the weight of the fireplace.
- Ensure there is access to a grounded electrical outlet within the framed opening or nearby.
- Carefully slide the fireplace unit into the framed opening.
- Secure the fireplace to the framing using the provided screws through the designated mounting holes on the sides of the unit.
- Plug the fireplace into a grounded 120V AC outlet.

Operating Instructions
The Dreamflame electric fireplace can be operated using the hidden touchscreen panel on the unit or the included remote control.
Remote Control and Touchscreen Panel
The remote control provides full functionality. The touchscreen panel offers direct access to all settings.

- Power Button: Turns the fireplace ON or OFF.
- Flame Color Button: Cycles through various flame color options (e.g., orange, blue, purple, or combinations).
- Mood Light Button: Adjusts the color of the top mood lighting (3 colors available).
- Heater Button: Activates the heating function. Press to cycle between 750W and 1500W heat settings, or turn off the heater while flames remain on.
- Timer Button: Sets the automatic shut-off timer from 1 to 9 hours.
- Temperature Button: Adjusts the thermostat setting from 71°F to 99°F. The heater will cycle on and off to maintain the set temperature.
Flame and Ember Bed Customization
The fireplace allows for customization of the flame appearance and ember bed.

- Use the Flame Color Button to select your desired flame effect.
- The fireplace comes with both a log set and crystal ember bed. You can choose to use either, or a mixture of both, to create your preferred visual effect.
Heating Function
The heater provides supplemental warmth for areas up to 400 sq. ft.

- Press the Heater Button to activate the heating element.
- Toggle between 750W (low heat) and 1500W (high heat) settings.
- Use the Temperature Button to set your desired room temperature. The heater will automatically turn on and off to maintain this setting.
- The heat can be switched off independently while the flame effects remain active.
Maintenance
