STEP:1 Download the APP "Xaralyn Smart" on your mobile App Store. You can find it by searching or scanning the QR code according to the system of your mobile. Make sure the following: 1) Turn on the "GPS" on your mobile; 2) Your mobile is well connected to the nearest WIFI signal.

STEP 2: Log in Register with your email ID OR Mobile number as the User Name. Input any 6-20 digit numbers as the password, and then log in as follows.

Complete Download as follows, click the "OPEN" button.

STEP 3:Turn on the electric fireplace and press & hold " " on the screen for more than 10 seconds , then LCD display will show " CCC " words. Make sure the above operation before connecting it with your mobile.

STEP 4: Find and add device via the APP " Xaralyn Smart" on your mobile as the following steps.

STEP 5: When the interface appears as follows, please click the button" on your mobile first, and then choose the function as your desired.

Note: After the device is found and you can click add. It will take a little time to match the connection, so you need to wait patiently. If the connection fails, please check the network connection and try again. You also could ask the customer service for help when you need.
