Important Safety Instructions

Setup

Assembly:

1. Insert the wand into the floor nozzle until it clicks securely into place.
2. Insert the handheld vacuum into the top of the wand until it clicks securely into place.

Charging the Battery:

Before first use, fully charge the battery. The battery can be charged while attached to the vacuum or separately. Connect the charger to the charging port on the handheld vacuum or the charging dock (if included). The battery indicator lights will illuminate to show charging status.

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off:

Press the Power button located on the handle of the handheld vacuum to turn the unit on or off.

Selecting Cleaning Modes:

The vacuum offers two power levels for different surfaces:

• Bare Floor/Low Power: Ideal for hard floors and delicate rugs.
• Carpet/High Power: Provides increased suction and brushroll speed for deep cleaning carpets and rugs.

Toggle between modes using the mode selector switch on the handle.

Converting to Handheld Vacuum:

To convert to a handheld vacuum, press the release button on the wand and detach the handheld unit. Attach the desired accessory (Crevice Tool or Dusting Brush) directly to the handheld unit for versatile above-floor cleaning.

Cleaning Hard-to-Reach Areas:

For high or tight spaces, detach the floor nozzle and use the wand with or without an accessory. The flexible design allows for easy maneuverability under furniture and into corners.

Maintenance

Emptying the XL Dust Cup:

Empty the dust cup after each use or when debris reaches the MAX fill line. To empty, hold the handheld vacuum over a trash bin and press the CleanTouch Dirt Ejector button to release the bottom flap.

Cleaning the Self-Cleaning PowerFins Brushroll:

The PowerFins brushroll is designed to be self-cleaning, minimizing hair wrap. Regularly inspect the brushroll for any remaining debris or tangled hair. If necessary, use scissors to carefully cut away any stubborn tangles.

Cleaning Filters:

The vacuum uses foam filters. Rinse filters with cold water only. Allow filters to air-dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinstalling to prevent damage to the vacuum. Refer to the filter compartment for specific removal and reinstallation instructions.

Troubleshooting

• Vacuum not picking up debris: Check the dust cup for fullness and empty if necessary. Ensure filters are clean and properly installed. Inspect the nozzle and wand for blockages.
• Vacuum turns off on its own: The battery may be low. Recharge the battery. The vacuum may have overheated; allow it to cool down for at least 45 minutes. Check for blockages in the nozzle or filters.
• Brushroll not spinning: Ensure the vacuum is in the correct mode for the surface (Carpet/High Power for brushroll activation). Check for blockages in the brushroll.
