1. Product Overview

2. Setup Guide
2.1 Unboxing and Contents
Carefully unpack the printer and all accessories. Ensure all items listed below are present.

2.2 Loading the Ribbon
Open the cover of the ribbon cartridge on the side of the printer. Insert the ribbon. If an old ribbon is present, open the paddle to eject it before inserting the new one.

2.3 Loading Photo Paper
Take the cover of the printer, which also serves as the paper tray. Pull open the side and insert up to 18 sheets of photo paper. Ensure the smooth, glossy side is facing up.

2.4 Installing the Paper Cassette
After loading the photo paper into the paper cassette, flip the cover of the paper cassette underneath. Open the support bracket on the other side, then flatten it. Open the print hatch and insert the paper cassette into the print exit.

2.5 Power On and App Connection
Connect the power adapter to the printer. Press and hold the power button for three seconds to turn on the printer. Download the Heyphoto APP to connect wirelessly.

Download the Heyphoto app from the App Store or Google Play by scanning the QR code below or visiting hereprint.hprt.com/app/heyphoto.

Connection Notes:
- Make sure your mobile phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
- Ensure the device is turned on.
- Keep the device within 5 meters of your phone.
- If the device is connected by others, please restart it.
- If the device is CP4000 or Digital frame, please add it manually.
Please contact customer support if you encounter problems such as cassette jams.
3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Printing Photos via Heyphoto App
The Heyphoto app allows you to print wirelessly from your smartphone. It offers various functions to enhance your printing experience.

- Direct Printing: Select a picture from your gallery and print directly.
- Collage Function: Create collages with multiple images before printing.

4. Maintenance

- If the printer is currently connected to another device, restart it.
- For CP4000 or Digital Frame models, manual addition via the app may be required.
