4. Safety Information

WARNING: Read all safety warnings and instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.

• Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, when operating the glue gun.
• The nozzle and melted glue become very hot. Avoid direct contact with skin to prevent burns.
• Do not touch the nozzle or melted glue immediately after use. Allow the tool to cool completely.
• Ensure the work area is well-ventilated.
• Do not leave the hot glue gun unattended while it is on or heating.
• Keep out of reach of children. This is not a toy.
• Use only glue sticks of the specified diameter (0.27" / 7mm).
• Do not pull out the melting glue stick from the glue gun after work is finished. Keep it inside for next use.
• The glue gun is made of flame-retardant materials and includes an 8-minute automatic safety power-off function for enhanced safety.
• Do not immerse the glue gun in water or other liquids.
• Do not use the glue gun in damp or wet conditions.

5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Glue Gun

Before first use, fully charge the glue gun. The 2500mAh lithium battery provides long-lasting power.

1. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the Type-C Charging Port on the glue gun.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a 5V 1A power source, such as a power bank, computer USB socket, or car USB socket.
3. The LED Indicator will show the charging status. A red light indicates charging, and a green light indicates a full charge.

5.2 Inserting a Glue Stick

Ensure the glue gun is off before inserting a new glue stick.

1. Insert a 0.27" (7mm) diameter mini glue stick into the Glue Stick Insertion Point at the rear of the gun.
2. Push the glue stick in until it stops. Do not force it.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Powering On and Heating

1. Press and hold the ON/OFF Switch for 3 seconds to turn on the glue gun. The LED Indicator will light up red, indicating it is heating.
2. Allow approximately 90 seconds for the glue gun to preheat. The LED Indicator will change from red to green when it is ready for use.

6.2 Applying Glue

Once the LED Indicator is green, the glue gun is ready to dispense glue.

1. Position the nozzle close to the surface where glue is needed.
2. Gently pull the Trigger Lever to dispense melted glue. The glue gun has a fast glue output of 0.14 oz/min.
3. Release the trigger to stop the flow of glue.
4. The less-drip nozzle design helps reduce glue spillage.

6.3 Automatic Safety Power-Off

For safety and energy saving, the glue gun will automatically power off if not used for 8 minutes. To resume operation, simply press the ON/OFF switch again.

• Cleaning: Ensure the glue gun is completely cool before cleaning. Use a dry cloth to wipe down the exterior. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Storage: Store the glue gun in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Ensure it is fully charged before long-term storage.
• Glue Sticks: Do not remove a partially used glue stick from the gun. Leave it in for the next use to prevent damage to the feeding mechanism.
