Your WORKPRO power tool has many features that will make your job faster and easier. Safety, performance, and dependability have been given top priority in the development of this tool, making it easy to maintain and operate.

Batteries may enter the water cycle if disposed of improperly, which can be hazardous for the ecosystem. Do not dispose of waste batteries as unsorted municipal waste.

The WORKPRO Cordless Hot Glue Gun features:
- 1. ON/OFF switch: Powers the device on and off.
- 2. LED indicators:
- 2a Battery capacity/charge level indicator: Shows battery status.
- 2b Temperature indicator: Shows heating status.
- 3. Nozzle: Where the melted glue is dispensed.
- 4. Trigger lever: Controls the flow of glue.
- 5. Type-C charging port: For charging the battery.
- 6. USB Type-C cable: Used for charging.
- 7. Glue stick: The consumable material for the glue gun.

GENERAL POWER TOOL SAFETY WARNING
Danger! When using the equipment, safety precautions must be observed to avoid injuries and damage. Read all instructions carefully. Keep this manual for future reference.
WARNING! Read and understand all instructions. Failure to follow warnings may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury. Save all warnings and instructions.
1) Work area safety
- Keep the work area clean and well lit.
- Do not operate in explosive atmospheres (flammable liquids, gases, dust). Sparks can ignite dust or fumes.
- Keep children and bystanders away. Distractions can lead to loss of control.
2) Electrical safety
- Use appropriate outlets and do not modify plugs.
- Avoid contact with earthed surfaces (pipes, radiators, refrigerators).
- Do not expose to rain or wet conditions.
- Do not abuse the cord. Keep it away from heat, oil, sharp edges, or moving parts.
- Use outdoor-suitable extension cords when working outdoors.
- Use a residual current device (RCD) protected supply in damp locations.
3) Personal safety
- Stay alert, use common sense, and do not operate when tired or under the influence of substances.
- Use personal protective equipment, including eye protection.
- Prevent unintentional starting: ensure the switch is off before connecting power or battery, or when carrying the tool.
- Remove any adjusting keys or wrenches before turning the tool on.
- Maintain proper footing and balance; do not overreach.
- Dress properly; avoid loose clothing or jewelry that can get caught in moving parts.
- Ensure dust extraction facilities are connected and used if provided.
- Do not become complacent with tool safety principles.
4) Power tool use and care
- Do not force the tool; use the correct tool for the application.
- Do not use if the switch does not operate correctly.
- Disconnect power/battery before making adjustments, changing accessories, or storing.
- Store idle tools out of reach of children and untrained users.
- Maintain tools and accessories; check for misalignment or binding. Have damaged tools repaired before use.
- Keep cutting tools sharp and clean for easier control.
- Use tools and accessories according to instructions, considering working conditions.
- Keep handles and grasping surfaces dry, clean, and free from oil and grease.
5) Service
Have your power tool serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts.
6) Battery tool use and care
- Ensure the switch is off before inserting the battery pack.
- Recharge only with the specified charger.
- Use power tools only with designated battery packs.
- Keep battery packs away from metal objects (paper clips, coins, keys) to prevent shorting.
- Avoid contact with liquid ejected from the battery under abusive conditions. Flush with water if contact occurs; seek medical help if it contacts eyes.
ADDITIONAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR BATTERY CHARGING
- Read instructions before charging.
- Recharge only with a 5V DC USB power supply.
- Do not charge a leaking battery.
- Do not use chargers for unintended purposes.
- Protect the charging device from moisture and do not use it outdoors.
- Do not short circuit battery or power supply contacts.
- Keep the unit out of reach of children.
- Ensure charging connections are correct and unobstructed.
- Charge in a well-ventilated area away from flammable materials. Do not overcharge.
- Optimal charging temperature is between 18°C and 24°C (64°F - 75°F). Do not charge below 4°C (39°F) or above 40°C (104°F) to prevent battery damage.
ADDITIONAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS RELATED TO BATTERY SAFETY
- Charge the tool only with a 5V DC power supply according to instructions.
- Do not charge in areas of static electricity or let the battery touch statically charged objects.
- Store batteries between 4°C (39°F) and 40°C (104°F). Do not store in high temperatures (e.g., in vehicles or sheds in direct sunlight) as fire may occur.
- The most suitable charging temperatures are between 20°C (68°F) and 25°C (77°F).
- Allow the battery pack to cool down after charging before placing it in hot environments.
- Store the tool in its original packaging in a dry place, away from corrosive fumes or salt air.
- Do not dispose of batteries in fire, microwave ovens, conventional ovens, dryers, or high-pressure containers, as they may explode.
- Never attempt to open, puncture, or subject the battery to strong physical shock.
- If battery liquid leaks, keep away from fire. Wash affected skin or clothes with clean water. If liquid gets into eyes, do not rub; rinse well with clean water (at least 10 minutes) and consult a doctor immediately.
- Do not use a leaking battery.
- Handle batteries carefully to avoid shorting terminals with conducting materials (nails, screws, metal bands, keys). This can cause overheating and burns.
- Recycle exhausted battery packs at your local municipal council recycling center. Do not attempt to replace battery cells or modify the battery pack.
WHEN TO CHARGE THE BATTERY
- New batteries should be fully charged before use.
- Recharge the battery pack at any time during use, provided it is not overheated.
- Recharge when the tool's performance drops or it cuts out due to low voltage.
- For storage, recharge the battery to 50%-75% and charge at least once every 3-6 months to preserve battery lifespan.
PROPER USE
The cordless hot glue gun can be used to glue materials such as wood, plastics, textiles, cardboard, ceramics, and leather.
The equipment is intended for its prescribed purpose only. Any other use is considered misuse, and the user/operator is liable for any resulting damage or injury. This equipment is not designed for commercial, trade, or industrial applications; use in such applications will void the warranty.

BEFORE STARTING THE EQUIPMENT
Hazard! Charge the equipment only with the supplied charger. Place the equipment only on non-flammable surfaces.
1. Charging the battery (Fig. 2)
- Connect to a 5V DC power supply (500 mA to 2000 mA), such as a mobile phone charger, computer USB port, or power bank.
- Charging takes approximately 2-6.0 hours depending on the power supply output current.
- The tool cannot be used while the battery is charging.
- Recharge the battery promptly to ensure long service life.
- Recharge when the glue gun's performance drops. Never fully discharge the battery pack, as this can cause defects.
- WARNING: Do not use the glue gun while charging. Use it only after unplugging the charging cable.
LED Indicator (2a): Lights up red during charging and turns green when charging is complete. If no LEDs light up, the battery pack may be defective and should not be used.
Important: The handle may become slightly warm during charging, which is normal.
If the battery fails to charge, check the power outlet voltage and the charging contacts. Contact customer service if the issue persists.
2. Inserting the glue stick (Fig. 3)
Push the glue stick (7) into the opening until it stops.
OPERATION
1. Operation
- Ensure a glue stick is inserted.
- Press and hold the ON/OFF switch (1) for approximately 3 seconds to turn the tool on.
- The LED (2b) will turn red, indicating the tool is heating up.
- Heating takes approximately 60 seconds, after which the LED (2b) turns green, indicating the tool is ready.
- To switch off, briefly press the ON/OFF switch (1) once.
Warning! Switch off the equipment and allow it to cool down completely before storing.
2. Working with the cordless hot glue gun
- Apply glue by pressing the trigger lever (4) after the tool has heated up.
- Press the surfaces together immediately and apply pressure.
- The glue sets in about 30 seconds.
- The equipment switches off automatically after approximately 10 minutes of non-use.
Important: Glue stains on textiles cannot be removed.
3. LED indicator (Fig. 2)
The indicator (2) shows charging status, heating time, and readiness for operation. If the LED (2a) turns red during operation, the battery is low and needs recharging.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Warning! Allow the equipment to cool down before cleaning.
1. Cleaning
- Keep safety devices, air vents, and motor housing free of dirt and dust. Wipe with a clean cloth or use compressed air at low pressure.
- Clean the device immediately after each use.
- Clean regularly with a moist cloth and mild soap. Do not use cleaning agents or solvents, as they can damage plastic parts. Ensure no water enters the device to prevent electric shock risk.
2. Maintenance
There are no internal parts requiring additional maintenance.
STORAGE
Store the equipment and accessories in a dark, dry place above freezing temperatures. The ideal storage temperature is between 5°C (41°F) and 30°C (86°F). Store the tool in its original packaging.
For storage, recharge the battery to 50%-75% and charge at least once every 3-6 months to preserve battery lifespan.
DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING
The packaging materials are reusable or recyclable. Dispose of equipment and accessories made of various materials (metal, plastic) responsibly according to local regulations. Never place defective equipment in household refuse. Take it to a suitable collection center.
This product is marked with a symbol for waste electrical and electronic equipment. It should not be discarded with household waste but returned to a collection system for recycling or dismantling to minimize environmental impact. Electrical and electronic equipment can be hazardous due to containing hazardous substances.
DISPOSAL OF AN EXHAUSTED BATTERY PACK
To preserve natural resources, recycle or dispose of the battery pack properly. This battery pack contains Li-ion batteries. Consult your local waste authority for recycling and disposal options. Discharge the battery pack by operating the tool, then remove it from the tool housing. Cover the battery pack connections with heavy-duty adhesive tape to prevent short circuits. Do not attempt to open or remove any components.
