It features CryoBoost fast charging technology with a phone-cooling fan and heat-dissipating design to maintain optimal charging speeds. This magnetic wireless charging station provides a secure and adjustable view for your devices, supporting both portrait and landscape orientations. It also includes a sleep-friendly dark charging mode for uninterrupted rest.

3. Setup

1. Connect the provided power adapter to the charging stand and plug it into a wall outlet.
2. To enable Apple Watch charging, insert your own Apple Watch USB-A or USB-C charging cable into the designated slot on the stand. Route the cable neatly through the integrated cable management channels.
3. Ensure all connections are secure before placing devices on the charger.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Charging Your Devices

• iPhone: Place your MagSafe-compatible iPhone (iPhone 16/15/14/13/12 series) onto the magnetic charging pad. The powerful magnets will automatically align your device for optimal charging.
• AirPods: Place your AirPods Pro/3/2 (with wireless charging case) onto the base charging pad. Ensure proper alignment for charging to begin.
• Apple Watch: Once your Apple Watch charging cable is installed, place your Apple Watch onto the integrated watch charger.

7. Troubleshooting

7.1 Device Not Charging

• Check Power Connection: Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into the charging stand and a working wall outlet.
• Proper Placement: Verify that your device is correctly aligned on the magnetic charging pad (for iPhone) or the base charging pad (for AirPods). For iPhone, ensure it snaps securely into place.
• Case Compatibility: If using a case, ensure it is MagSafe-compatible or an ESR HaloLock case. Non-MagSafe cases may interfere with magnetic alignment and charging efficiency.
• Apple Watch Cable: Confirm your Apple Watch charging cable is properly inserted and connected within the stand.

7.2 Slow Charging Speed

• Power Adapter: Ensure you are using the provided power adapter, which is optimized for the charger's performance.
• Dark Charging Mode: CryoBoost fast charging is not active when the sleep-friendly dark charging mode is enabled. Disable dark mode if you require maximum charging speed.
• Background Apps: Excessive background app activity on your device can slow down charging.

7.3 Overheating

• The CryoBoost feature is designed to prevent overheating. If your device or the charger feels excessively hot, discontinue use and ensure it is placed in a well-ventilated area.
• Ensure no foreign objects are obstructing the cooling fan or ventilation openings.
• If overheating persists, contact customer support.

7.4 Fan Noise

• The cooling fan is a normal part of the CryoBoost fast charging technology. A low hum is expected during operation.
