Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm (6 inches) from medical devices, and at least 30 cm (12 inches) during wireless charging. Consult a doctor or device manufacturer if interference is suspected.

Troubleshooting: If your phone is not charging

• Ensure your phone supports wireless charging.
• Remove any objects on the back of your phone, such as metal attachments, magnets, or credit cards.
• Try using a different charger or power bank to verify phone charging.
• Reconnect the cable and restart wireless charging to check if it works.
• Fast charging requires a 50W (15V⎓3A) or higher power input. Insufficient input will prevent fast charging.
