Important Reminders
- Always use the included charging cable and the power adapter for best results.
- This charger requires an input of 20V⎓2.25A or 15V⎓3A. The maximum output is 25W for the phone charging pad, 5W for the earphone wireless charging pad, 5W for the Apple Watch charging pad, and 5W for the USB-C port.
- This charger is designed only for:
- iPhones with MagSafe
- Phones with Apple, Samsung, or ESR magnetic cases
- ESR Universal Ring for non-magnetic cases
Safety Tips
- Operating temperature: -10°C to 45°C. Storage temperature: -40°C to 85°C.
- Do not expose the charger to water or fire, as this could cause short circuits, electric leakage, or permanent damage.
- Check the charger before use. If you notice any cracks or issues, stop using it immediately.
- Do not disassemble or modify the product for any reason. This may cause malfunctions, damage, or lead to children ingesting parts.
- Do not use the charger in places with high heat, moisture, or corrosive materials, as this could permanently damage it. Damage from these conditions is not covered by the warranty.
- This charger contains magnets that may interfere with medical devices like pacemakers or defibrillators. Keep a minimum distance of 15 cm (6 inches), and at least 30 cm (12 inches) during wireless charging. If interference is suspected, stop use immediately and consult a doctor or the device manufacturer.

Troubleshooting: Phone Not Charging
- Ensure your phone supports wireless charging. Remove any objects on the back, such as metal, magnets, or credit cards.
- Try using a different charger or power bank to see if your phone charges properly. Then, reconnect the cable and restart wireless charging to check if it works.
- Fast charging requires a 50W (15V⎓3A) or higher power input. If the input is insufficient, fast charging is not supported.
