Product Overview

The charging station features:

• HaloLock™ phone charging pad

Important Reminders

• Use the included adapter and cable to power the charger.
• The charger supports an input of 12V⎓2.5A. Maximum output is 15W for iPhone, 5W for AirPods, and 5W for the Apple Watch charger via the USB-C port.
• The HaloLock™ charging pad supports magnetic attachment with a MagSafe-compatible iPhone (caseless, official MagSafe case, ESR HaloLock™ case, or standard case with HaloLock™ Universal Ring). It may not attach to other magnetic cases or non-magnetic phones/cases. A faint circular mark may appear on the phone's back over time, which can be cleaned with an alcohol wipe.
• The charger must be plugged into a power supply to charge devices.

Safety Warnings

• Do not expose the device to temperatures below 0°C (32°F) or above 60°C (140°F).
• Do not expose the device to open flame or submerge it in water, as this will damage the device.
• Always check for damage to the device, cables, or other accessories before use. Do not use if damaged.
• Do not disassemble or modify the product, as this may cause malfunctions, damage, or lead to ingestion of parts by children.
• Do not expose the device to corrosive liquids or high humidity, as this will seriously damage the device and void the warranty.
• This product contains magnets. Keep it at a safe distance from medical devices like pacemakers and defibrillators to avoid interference. Maintain at least 15 cm (6 inches) distance from medical devices when not wirelessly charging, and at least 30 cm (12 inches) when wirelessly charging. If interference is suspected, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or medical device manufacturer.

Troubleshooting and Status Indicators

When the phone cannot be charged, check the following:

• Ensure your phone supports wireless charging.
• Check for foreign objects on the back of the phone, such as metal plates, magnets, or credit cards, that might interfere with charging.
• After checking the phone and power adapter, unplug and replug the charging cable to restart the wireless charger for normal charging.

LED Indicator and Fan Status:

• Power On: Blue light on for 3 seconds, then off.
• Standby/Fully Charged: Light off.
• Error Detected: Light off.
• Charging: Blue light stays on.
• Fan: Rotates for 3 seconds upon power on, then stops. Continues to rotate while charging. Stops when an error is detected or charging is complete.
