4. Setup
4.1. Preparing for Installation
- Wi-Fi Connection: This camera supports Wi-Fi connection only. Ensure you have a stable 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network available at the installation location. The camera does not support wired network connections.
- Power Source: Identify a suitable AC power source near the desired mounting location.
- TF Card (Optional): If you plan to use local storage, insert a TF card (up to 64GB, not included) into the camera's TF card slot. Ensure the camera is powered off before inserting or removing the card.

4.2. App Installation
Download the official Ctronics app (or HiP2P/CTRONICS app) from your device's app store (iOS/Android) or the official website (Mac OS/Windows). Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
4.3. Camera Mounting
The camera is designed for wall mounting. Choose a location that provides the desired viewing angle and is within range of your Wi-Fi network and power source. Use the provided mounting screw kit to securely attach the camera to the wall.

4.4. Initial Setup and Wi-Fi Connection
- Power on the camera by connecting it to the power adapter.
- Open the Ctronics app on your smartphone or computer.
- Register an account or log in if you already have one.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add a new device. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or manually entering its ID.
- Select your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and enter the password. The camera will then attempt to connect.
- Once connected, you will be able to view the live feed and configure settings.

5. Operating the Camera
5.1. Live View and PTZ Control
Access the live view through the Ctronics app. You can control the camera's pan (horizontal) and tilt (vertical) movements directly from the app interface. The camera offers a 350° pan and 90° tilt range, allowing you to cover a wide area.

5.2. Two-Way Audio
The integrated microphone and speaker enable two-way communication. Tap the microphone icon in the app to speak through the camera, and listen to audio from the camera's surroundings.

5.3. Human Detection and Auto Tracking
Enable human detection in the app settings to receive alerts only when human figures are detected, minimizing false alarms from pets or environmental factors. With auto tracking enabled, the camera will automatically follow detected human movement within its field of view.

5.4. Color Night Vision
The camera automatically switches to night vision mode in low light conditions. With its dual light source design, it can provide full-color night vision up to 20 meters, offering clearer details than traditional infrared black-and-white night vision.

5.5. Recording and Playback
If a TF card is inserted, the camera will record continuously 24/7. You can access recorded footage through the app for playback. Older footage is automatically overwritten when the TF card is full.
5.6. Multi-User Viewing and Remote Access
The camera supports simultaneous viewing by up to four users. You can share access with family and friends through the app. Remote access allows you to monitor your property from anywhere with an internet connection.
