  4. Add Device: Tap the '+' icon in the app to add a new device. Select your camera model.
  5. Connect to Wi-Fi: Follow the app's instructions to connect the camera to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Note: 5GHz Wi-Fi is not supported. You may need to scan a QR code displayed on your phone with the camera.

3.2 Mounting the Camera

The camera is designed for wall mounting. Choose a location that provides the desired viewing angle and is within range of your Wi-Fi network.

  • Optimal Placement: For best motion detection, install the camera on the side of the detection area, 2-3 meters (approximately 6.5-10 feet) above the ground.
  • Angle Adjustment: Position the camera perpendicular to the wall and tilt it downwards at 10-15 degrees. This angle helps optimize the PIR sensor's effectiveness.

  • Camera Not Connecting to Wi-Fi:
    • Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. The camera does not support 5GHz networks.
