Setup
1. Powering On
- Connect the power adapter to the camera's power input port.
- Plug the power adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

2. App Installation and Account Creation
Download the official Nextech security app from your device's app store (iOS App Store or Google Play Store).
- Search for "Nextech Security" or refer to the QR code in the Quick Start Guide.
- Install the app and create a new user account if you don't have one.
3. Connecting to Wi-Fi
- Open the Nextech Security app and log in.
- Tap on "Add Device" or the "+" icon.
- Select "IP Camera" or "Wi-Fi Camera" from the device list.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to connect the camera to your Wi-Fi network. This typically involves scanning a QR code on the camera or entering your Wi-Fi credentials into the app.
- Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz, as 5GHz networks may not be supported.
4. Mounting the Camera
Choose a suitable location for mounting the camera, ensuring it has a clear view of the area you wish to monitor and is within Wi-Fi range.
- Mark the drilling points using the mounting template (if provided) or the camera base.
- Drill pilot holes and insert wall anchors if mounting on drywall.
- Secure the camera base to the wall or ceiling using the provided screws.

Operating the Camera
Live View
Once connected, you can access the live video feed from your camera through the Nextech Security app. Tap on the camera's name in the device list to view the live stream.

- Navigate to the camera settings in the app.

Recording and Storage
