2. Product Overview
The BISSELL Pet Stain Eraser is a cordless, portable spot cleaner designed for quick and easy removal of pet stains and messes from carpets, upholstery, stairs, and auto interiors.

3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Unit
Your Pet Stain Eraser is powered by Lithium Ion batteries. Ensure the unit is fully charged before first use for optimal performance. The charging port is located on the unit's handle.
- Connect the charger to the charging port.
- Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet.
- The battery indicator lights will illuminate to show charging status. A full charge is indicated when all lights are solid.
3.2 Filling the Clean Water Tank
The clean water tank is designed for easy filling with BISSELL formulas.
- Remove the clean water tank by pulling it upwards from the unit.
- Unscrew the cap at the bottom of the tank.
- Fill with water up to the 'WATER' fill line.
- Add BISSELL cleaning formula up to the 'FORMULA' fill line. For larger areas, follow the 'LARGE AREA' markings.
- Securely screw the cap back on and reinsert the tank into the unit until it clicks into place.

4. Operation
The Pet Stain Eraser is ready to use once charged and filled. It is ideal for tackling fresh stains quickly.

- Power On: Press the power button located on the handle to turn the unit on.
- Pre-treat (Optional): For tough or dried stains, you may pre-treat the area by holding the unit above the stain and pressing the spray trigger to apply solution. Allow it to sit for a few minutes.
- Spray and Scrub: Place the unit's brush directly over the stain. Press the spray trigger to release cleaning solution while moving the unit back and forth over the stain to scrub.
- Suction: Release the spray trigger and tilt the unit slightly to engage the suction nozzle. Slowly pull the unit over the treated area to vacuum up the dirty solution. Repeat until the stain is removed and the area is as dry as possible.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your Pet Stain Eraser.
5.1 Emptying and Cleaning the Dirty Water Tank
- Turn off the unit and remove the dirty water tank by pulling it upwards.
- Unscrew the cap at the bottom of the tank and pour out the dirty water.
- Rinse the tank thoroughly with clean water.
- Allow the tank to air dry before reassembling.
5.2 Cleaning the Brush and Nozzle
- The brush roll can be removed for cleaning by pressing the release button.
- Rinse the brush roll and nozzle under running water to remove any trapped debris or hair.
- Ensure all parts are dry before reattaching.
5.3 Storage
Store the unit in a dry, protected area. Ensure both tanks are empty and clean before storage.
