3. Setup and Installation
3.1. Case Overview
The GD09B features a sleek black aluminum exterior with a mesh front panel for optimal airflow. The front panel includes essential I/O ports and controls for convenient access.

3.2. Opening the Case
To access the internal components, remove the top panel. This is typically secured by two thumbscrews at the rear of the case. Once unscrewed, the top panel can be unhooked and lifted off, similar to a standard side panel but with the added weight of the top for stability.

3.3. Motherboard Installation
The GD09B supports Mini-ITX, Micro-ATX, ATX, and SSI-CEB motherboards. Ensure all necessary standoffs are in place before securing the motherboard. - 2.5-inch Drives: Up to two 2.5-inch drives can be installed. One can be mounted on the underside of the optical drive mount, and another can be placed in an additional cage provided in the accessories box, which mounts behind the PSU.

For best results, consider an airflow configuration where front and side fans act as intake, and rear fans act as exhaust. If the case is in a confined space, orienting fans to push air out of the front can sometimes yield better results by preventing hot air recirculation within the enclosure.
