Operating Instructions
The NB H100 monitor mount offers a wide range of adjustments to achieve your optimal viewing angle and ergonomic setup.
Adjusting Monitor Position
- Height Adjustment: The gas spring mechanism allows for smooth vertical movement. Gently push or pull the monitor to the desired height. The arm provides 250mm of lifting range, and the column pole adds 360mm of height adjustment.
- Tilt: Adjust the monitor's vertical angle from +85° to -30° to reduce glare and improve viewing comfort.
- Swivel: Swivel the monitor up to 180° left or right to share your screen with others or change your viewing perspective.
- Rotation: The monitor head can rotate 360°, allowing you to switch between landscape and portrait orientations effortlessly.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean the mount with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the finish.
- Periodic Check: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure. Loose connections can affect the stability and functionality of the mount.
- Gas Spring: The gas spring is designed for long-term use and generally requires no maintenance. Do not attempt to disassemble the gas spring cylinder.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your monitor mount, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
Monitor Does Not Stay in Position (Too High or Too Low)
This issue is typically related to the gas spring tension not being correctly adjusted for your monitor's weight.
- If the monitor moves down on its own: The tension is too high. You need to reduce the tension of the gas spring.
- If the monitor floats up on its own: The tension is too low. You need to increase the tension of the gas spring.
- If the monitor moves up/down freely and stays in place: No adjustment is needed.
To adjust the tension, use the provided Allen key (5mm) as shown in the diagram below. Turn the screw towards "-" to reduce tension or towards "+" to increase tension. Adjust gradually until the monitor can be hovered at any desired height.

Note: Ensure your display weight is within the specified load range of 2-9 kgs. If the monitor is outside this range, the gas spring will not function correctly.
User Tips
- Compatibility Check: Always verify your monitor's VESA pattern and weight before purchasing and installing the mount to ensure proper fit and function.
- Grommet Installation: If you prefer a cleaner look or have a desk with a suitable hole, the grommet installation method provides a very stable and integrated setup.
- Cable Management: Take advantage of the integrated cable management clips to keep your desk organized and prevent cable clutter.
- Ergonomic Positioning: Experiment with the full range of motion (height, tilt, swivel, rotation) to find the most comfortable and ergonomic position for your monitor, reducing strain on your neck and eyes.
