Before using this feature, please ensure your IFPD is connected to the internet. To launch the application, simply tap the Conference icon on the home screen. This will open the Vii Talk Rooms interface, where you can start or join a meeting.
The Vii Talk Rooms main screen includes the following key features:
- Vii Talk Number – Each IFPD is assigned a unique 10-digit ViiTalk number, enabling direct video calls between devices.
- Join Meeting – Enter a meeting ID to quickly join a scheduled video conference.
- Cloud Room – Tap to host a cloud meeting and send the invite link to other participants.
- Video Phone – Make a direct video call to another ViiTalk device using its unique ViiTalk number.
- Cloud Share – Share content such as apps or screens during a meeting via the cloud.
