Cabinet Configurations

These indirect-fired, indoor, downflow packaged heaters are available in three configurations, as shown in Figure 1.

Figure 1 illustrates the three cabinet configurations for Reznor LDAP downflow unit heaters.

  • Unit Size 400: Depicts a single downflow heater.
  • Unit Size 800: Shows one heater with two downflow heat sections.
  • Unit Size 1200: Displays one heater with three downflow heat sections.

Serial Number

The serial number is located on the unit's rating plate. Serial numbers are decoded as follows:

Venter Components

  • Do not use the key provided with the motor.
  • Locate the setscrew on the wheel approximately 180° from the keyway in the motor. Torque the setscrew to 125 (±5) inch-pounds.
