3 Services and Applications
3.1 Data Service
3.1.1 Wireless Modem
The E5785Lh-22c can function as a wireless modem when Wi-Fi is enabled. Users can access the Internet by using default settings or configuring the APN on the E5785Lh-22c Web page to establish a wireless network connection. The device supports up to 16 concurrent wireless users on the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band and up to 10 users on the 5 GHz Wi-Fi band. The WLAN Access Point (AP) function can also be configured.

3.1.2 USB Modem
After connecting the E5785Lh-22c to a PC using a USB data cable, users can access the internet by entering http://192.168.8.1 in their browser. Default settings can be used, or the APN can be configured via the E5785Lh-22c Web page to set up a network connection. This allows users to send/receive emails, access the network wirelessly, and download files.

3.1.3 LTE/3G/Wi-Fi Auto Offload
The E5785Lh-22c facilitates internet access via LTE, 3G, or Wi-Fi. When the device is used in an area with a Wi-Fi hotspot (e.g., airport, cafe, hotel, or home), it automatically switches to a Wi-Fi connection, thereby saving LTE/3G network traffic fees. Enabling this feature may decrease the number of concurrent users allowed to connect to the E5785Lh-22c by one.

3.2 SMS
The E5785Lh-22c supports writing, sending, and receiving messages. Users can manage messages, including inbox, outbox, and drafts, through the Web page interface.
3.3 Menu-Style LCD UI
The E5785Lh-22c features a menu-style LCD User Interface (UI) that supports multiple languages. Users can navigate menus and select/confirm options using the menu and power buttons. The UI allows browsing information and configuring settings. For example, users can:
- Scan a 2D barcode on the E5785Lh-22c's LCD to download the HUAWEI HiLink App (Mobile WiFi App).
- Scan a 2D barcode on the E5785Lh-22c's LCD using the HUAWEI HiLink App (Mobile WiFi App) to connect their device to the Internet.
- Turn the automatic switchover between LTE/3G and Wi-Fi Internet access modes on or off.
- Turn the WPS function on or off.
