Samsung CE 2025 Merdeka Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

The CE 2025 Merdeka Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd (“Samsung”). Sales transactions are between Participating Stores and Customers. Samsung provides recommended retail prices (RRP) and redemption guidance. By accessing or using this site, customers agree to comply with these terms. Samsung's role is limited to hosting this site and organizing the promotion. The promotion is on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.

2. Promotion Period and Redemption Period

The Promotion runs during the specified promotion period or while promotional stocks last. Samsung reserves the right to shorten, extend, or cancel the Promotion Period without prior notice.

The Redemption Period(s) for free gifts and/or Touch N' Go (“TNG”) e-wallet credit are as follows:

No extension of the redemption period will be allowed. Samsung reserves the right to amend the Redemption Period at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to Customers who are Malaysian citizens and residents, are 18 years and above as of 1 August 2025, and fully comply with the promotion mechanism and redemption process. Employees, dealers, agents of Samsung, their group companies, families, or households are not eligible.

4. Participating Stores (“Dealers”)

• Participating Selected Outlet & its online stores (if any)
• Samsung Authorized Online Flagship Store (Tiktok, Shopee, and Lazada)
• Endless Aisle (EA)

5. Promotion Mechanism

Participation in the Promotion makes customers eligible for various offers:

5.1 TV 2025 Merdeka Promotion

For purchases of selected TV models, customers are eligible for free gifts and/or TNG eWallet credit as outlined in Appendix 1. To enjoy this promotion, customers must visit a participating store, purchase a promotional TV product, checkout, and make payment. Redemption details are in paragraph 6.

5.2 AV 2025 Merdeka PWP Promotion

For purchases of selected items and promotional AV products, customers are eligible for Purchase with Purchase (PWP) prices and/or TNG eWallet credit as outlined in Appendix 2. The process involves visiting a participating store, purchasing promotional products, adding promotional AV products, and making payment. Redemption details are in paragraph 6.

5.3 DA 2025 Merdeka Promotion

For purchases of selected home appliance models, customers are eligible for promotion prices and/or TNG eWallet credit as outlined in Appendices 4 & 5. The process involves visiting a participating store, purchasing promotional DA products, and making payment. Redemption details are in paragraph 6.

5.4 DA 2025 Merdeka PWP Promotion

With every purchase of selected vacuum cleaners, customers are entitled to the corresponding PWP promotion price. The table below details the vacuum cleaner models, PWP items, RRP, and promo prices:

5.5 Buy More Get More Promotion

Customers purchasing selected Promotional Products from different categories are eligible for Tier 2 TNG eWallet credit. Combination of receipts/invoices from the same dealer, customer name, delivery address, and contact number is accepted. The TNG eWallet credit amount depends on the number of items purchased from different categories:

Customers must purchase a minimum of two (2) selected Promotional Products from different categories. Each product from a different category counts as one item.

5.6 TV + Sound Bar Combo Purchase / Washer + Dryer Combo Purchase

Customers purchasing selected Soundbars with participating TVs (Appendix 3) are eligible for Tier 3 TNG eWallet credit. Combination of receipts/invoices is accepted under the same conditions as the Buy More Get More promotion. The TNG Additional Rewards for TV + Sound Bar combos are listed in Appendix 3.

Customers purchasing selected Washer and Dryer Pairing Sets (Appendix 5) are eligible for Tier 3 TNG eWallet credit. Combination of receipts/invoices is accepted under the same conditions. The additional TNG Rewards are applicable on top of Tier 1 and Tier 2 rewards.

Note: *All 2024/2025 TV models, 98Q80C are entitled.

6. Redemption Process

Redemption of free gifts and/or TNG eWallet credit can be made as follows:

In-store

For purchases at Participating Selected Outlets and their online stores: Free Bezel and/or Slim Fit Wall Mount will be redeemed on the spot at the retail store. If purchased via the outlet's online store, it will reflect automatically in the cart. Free Art Store access and/or TNG eWallet credit redemption should be made via the Samsung Redemption Portal as per Clause 7.

Online Store

For Samsung Online Store, Samsung Authorized Online Flagship Stores (Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada) & Endless Aisle: Free Bezel and/or Slim Fit Wall Mount will reflect automatically at the cart. Free Art Store access and TNG eWallet credit will be delivered directly to the customer via email and mobile number respectively, within 60 working days from the date of purchase.

7. Redemption Process for In-store Only

This redemption process applies to purchases made via Participating Selected Outlets and their online stores.

7.2 How to redeem the free gifts and TNG eWallet credit within the Redemption Period:

1. Go to https://samsung-redemption.com/customer/#/sasso/MY-unified-192
2. Register/sign in to your Samsung Account. Required information includes: Email, Store of purchase, Date of purchase, Invoice number, Model purchased serial number, Recipient name, Malaysia residential delivery address, Contact number (must be eligible TNG account), Identification card number.
3. Upload a copy of proof of purchase (receipt with model code), serial number image, and Letter of Authorization if applicable.
4. Read & accept the promotion T&C and marketing info.
5. Input all necessary purchase information.
6. Select corresponding gift(s).
7. Input Malaysia residential delivery details.
8. Upload documents (e.g., product serial number, invoice, sales order). Documents must be PDF or image format (jpg, jpeg, png) with a maximum size of 5MB. Unclear details may delay redemption. Submissions after the Redemption Period are void.
9. Double-check all information and submit. Accuracy of details is the purchaser's responsibility. Each email address/recipient name/address/mobile number/invoice is limited to 5 submissions for Air Conditioner products, 5 submissions for Home Appliances, and 5 submissions for Television, Sound Device products. Information cannot be changed after submission.

Customers are entitled to TNG eWallet Credit upon purchase of eligible Promotional Products, subject to the terms and conditions. The submitter's name must match the purchaser's name on the invoice. Samsung reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion or change products/gifts without prior notice. Gift availability is subject to Participating Stores. Gifts are on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. Gift colors are assigned randomly.

8. Payment

All transactions are between the Customer and Dealers. Samsung acts as a coordinating party. Customers cannot cancel orders or change selected device color/model or outlet after payment confirmation. Payment must be made in full directly to Dealers.

9. Delivery

Fulfilment and delivery are handled by Samsung SDS Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“SDS”). SDS may appoint a third-party vendor for fulfilment and delivery. Customers must present identification (NRIC or Passport) to the delivery personnel to accept the item; otherwise, delivery may be refused and the product returned as “unclaimed”. Proof of delivery is a written acknowledgement of receipt. Samsung is not liable for any delivery delays.

10. Customer's Covenants

Customers must not use the site for fraudulent, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous information. Customers must not distribute viruses or harmful technologies. Customers must comply with export control laws. Samsung may take necessary steps, including limiting or terminating user accounts, to prevent or mitigate abuse of the promotion.

11. Limitation of Liability

Samsung strives to keep the site safe and secure but does not guarantee continuous operation. Customers use the site at their own risk. Samsung excludes warranties to the extent permitted by law. Customers assume full responsibility for any accident, damage, or claim resulting from participation. Customers must be of legal age to enter into contracts. Warranty information is available on the official Samsung corporate website.

12. General

For promotion queries, contact Samsung Consumer Service at 1-800-88-9999. Participation signifies full agreement to the terms and conditions. The promotion is not valid with other offers. Product images are for illustration purposes only. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Free gifts, rebates, and e-vouchers are on a first-come, first-served basis, not redeemable for cash, exchangeable, or transferable, and only applicable for purchases made during the promotion period at participating stores. Certain purchases (e.g., product display sets, B2B, staff purchases) are not eligible. Samsung reserves the right to disqualify or reject submissions/redemptions. Samsung may amend terms and conditions without prior notice. Samsung reserves the right to change free gifts to products of similar value. Samsung and/or Dealers reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice. Samsung may revoke eligibility and recover damages for false or mistaken identity or information. Returned promotional products must include any received free gifts. Samsung or Dealers may rectify errors in electronic, computer, operational, or technical details. Samsung is not liable for costs, expenses, damages, liability, or injury arising from the promotion. Participation releases Samsung and its affiliates from claims related to the promotion. In case of disputes, Samsung's decision is final. Consumer information collected is processed according to the Samsung Privacy Policy. In case of inconsistencies, these terms and conditions prevail. These terms are governed by Malaysian law.
