CE 2025 Merdeka Promotion: Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

The CE 2025 Merdeka Promotion (“Promotion”) is organized by Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd (“Samsung”). The sales transaction in the Promotion is between the Participating Stores and the Customer. Samsung provides the recommended retail price ("RRP") and/or redemption guidance. Customers agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions when accessing or using this site. Samsung's role is limited to hosting this site and organizing this Promotion. The Promotion is on a first come, first served basis and while stocks last.

2. Promotion Period and Redemption Period

The Promotion will run during the promotion period set out below or while promotional stocks last, whichever is earlier (“Promotion Period”). Samsung reserves the right to shorten, extend, or cancel the Promotion Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

The Redemption Period(s) for the redemption of free gift (if any) and/or Touch N' Go (“TNG”) e-wallet credit (if any) under the respective Promotion(s) are set out below:

No extension of redemption period(s) will be allowed. Samsung reserves the right to amend the Redemption Period at any time as they deem fit without any prior notice.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to Customers who:

• Are Malaysian citizens and residents of Malaysia with a Malaysia Identity Card or valid passport.
• Are 18 years and above (as of 1 August 2025) based on Malaysia Identity Card or valid passport.
• Fully comply with the “Promotion Mechanism” and “Redemption Process”.

Employees, dealers, and/or agents of Samsung or any of its group companies, their families or households, or anyone connected to this Promotion are not eligible to participate.

6. Redemption Process

The redemption of free gift(s) and/or TNG eWallet credit should be made as follows:

In-store (Participating Selected Outlet and its online store (if any)): Free Bezel and/or Slim Fit Wall Mount (if applicable) redemption should be made on the spot at the retail store. For purchases made on a Participating Selected Outlet's online store, the Free Bezel and/or Slim Fit Wall Mount will reflect automatically at the cart. Free Art Store access for one (1) year and/or TNG eWallet credit (if applicable) redemption should be made via the Samsung Redemption Portal in accordance with the Redemption Process for In-store in Clause 7.

Online Store (Samsung Online Store, Samsung Authorized Online Flagship Store (Tiktok, Shopee, and Lazada) & Endless Aisle): Free Bezel and/or Slim Fit Wall Mount (if applicable) will reflect automatically at the cart. Free Art Store access for one (1) year (if applicable) will be delivered directly to the customer via email, and TNG eWallet credit (if applicable) will be delivered directly to the customer via mobile number within 60 working days from the date of purchase.

7. Redemption Process for In-store Only

Redemption via the link below applies only to purchases made via a Participating Selected Outlet and its online store (if any).

How to redeem the free gifts and TNG eWallet credit within the Redemption Period:

1. Go to: https://samsung-redemption.com/customer/#/sasso/MY-unified-192
2. Register/sign in to your Samsung Account. You will need to enter the following information: Email, Store of purchase, Date of purchase, Invoice number, Model purchased serial number, Recipient name, Email address, Malaysia residential delivery address, Contact number (must be eligible TNG account), Identification card number.
3. Upload a copy of proof of purchase (receipt with model code) and upload serial number image.
4. If a representative is receiving the gift, upload a Letter of Authorization (template downloadable from the system).
5. Read & accept the promotion T&C and marketing info.
6. Input all necessary purchase information.
7. Select corresponding gift(s).
8. Input Malaysia residential delivery details.
9. Upload documents (e.g., product serial number, invoice, sales order). Uploaded documents must be PDF or image format (jpg, jpeg, png) with a maximum size of 5MB. Documents with unclear details may delay the process. Submissions after the Redemption Period will be void.
10. Double-check all information summary and click submit. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure all details are accurate.

Each email address/recipient name/recipient address/mobile number/invoice can only have a maximum of 5 submissions for Air Conditioner Products, 5 submissions for Home Appliances, and 5 submissions for Television and Sound Devices, provided all proof of purchase is valid. Information cannot be changed once submitted.

Customers are entitled to the redemption of TNG eWallet Credit with the purchase of eligible Promotional Product(s) subject to the terms and conditions. The submitter's name must match the purchaser's name on the invoice. Samsung reserves the right to suspend, terminate, cancel, or change the Promotion and/or Promotional Products/free gifts anytime without prior notice. Free gift(s)/promotion(s) availability is subject to the respective Participating Stores. Customers are advised to check with the point of sales for promotion type and availability. All free gifts are available for redemption only with the purchased Promotional Product(s) on a first come, first served basis, and while stocks last. The color of the free gift is assigned randomly and cannot be selected.

Free gifts are not redeemable for cash, not exchangeable, transferable, nor refundable, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. Free gifts arrival/delivery time may differ subject to delivery area. Samsung reserves the right to reject any redemption if the form is incomplete, exceeds the maximum redemption number, has an incorrect recipient address, is fraudulent, or does not comply with terms and conditions. If redemption items are returned unclaimed, Samsung may arrange re-delivery (subject to charges) or revoke the redemption. Samsung is not liable for any failure to submit/resubmit forms, delays, lost deliveries, or damaged/stolen gifts/credits. Samsung may request further documents for verification and recover damages in case of fraud or irregular transactions. Samsung may cancel/forfeit gifts/credits for non-compliance. Samsung may appoint 3rd party fulfillment parties. For TNG eWallet credit, the customer's TNG eWallet account will be directly credited; the mobile number must be linked to a valid account. Unsuccessful direct debits may require an alternative account within 7 working days, or the redemption will be void. Samsung is not responsible for the usage terms and conditions of the TNG eWallet credit voucher.

8. Payment

All transactions are between Customer and Dealers only; Samsung acts as a coordinating party. Customers are not allowed to cancel orders, change device color/model, or selected outlet after payment. Customers shall pay the full amount directly to Dealers.

9. Delivery

Fulfilment and delivery are handled by Samsung SDS Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“SDS”). SDS may appoint a third-party vendor. Customers must present identification (NRIC or Passport) for acceptance; otherwise, delivery may be refused and the product returned as “unclaimed”. Proof of delivery is written acknowledgement. Samsung is not liable for any delivery delays.

10. Customer's Covenants

Customers must not use the site for fraudulent orders, viruses, or unauthorized export. Samsung may take steps to mitigate abuse, such as limiting, suspending, or terminating accounts.

11. Limitation of Liability

Samsung does not guarantee continuous site operation. Customers use the site at their own risk. Samsung excludes warranties. Customers assume responsibility for any accident, damage, or claim resulting from participation. Warranty of Promotional Products is subject to standard product warranty coverage as per terms and conditions on the official corporate website.

12. General

For queries, call Samsung Consumer Service at 1-800-88-9999. Participation implies full agreement to the Terms and Conditions. This Promotion is not valid with other promotions. Pictures are for illustration purposes only. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Free gifts, rebates, and e-vouchers are on a first come, first served basis and while stocks last; they are not redeemable for cash, exchangeable, or transferable. Specific purchases (display sets, B2B, staff, EPP, CRP) are not entitled to any offers. Samsung reserves the right to disqualify or reject any submissions/redemptions. Samsung may amend terms and conditions without prior notice. Samsung may change free gifts with similar value products. Samsung and/or Dealers reserve the right to cancel any order without prior notice. Samsung may revoke eligibility for false information. Returns require return of free gifts. Samsung/Dealers reserve the right to rectify errors or cancel transactions. Samsung is not liable for costs, expenses, damages, liability, or injury arising from the Promotion. Customer agrees to release Samsung from claims related to the promotion or gift acceptance/use. Samsung reserves the right to make the final decision. Personal information collected will be processed according to the Samsung Privacy Policy (http://www.samsung.com/my/info/privacy.html). Terms and Conditions are governed by Malaysian law.
