How is the cashback claimed?
Fill out the form and upload a picture of your receipt at www.atomos.com/promotions.
What products are included?
Ninja V and Ninja V+ units purchased between 4th March 2022 and 30th April 2022.
How much cashback can I claim?
- NINJA V: EUR 100 / USD 100 / GBP 80
- NINJA V+: EUR 220 / USD 220 / GBP 175
How do I get money from cashback?
The cashback refund will be handled only via PayPal in all participating countries. Customers without a PayPal account should set up their account directly at www.paypal.com.
Australia and Canada cashback is paid via PayPal in USD, converted into local currency based on the exchange rate at the time of transfer.
What countries are included?
Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United States of America, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom.
Why is my country not included in the promotion?
Some countries restrict the use of rebates, so the cashback promotion cannot be offered worldwide.
Can I claim cashback on more than one product?
Two claims are permitted per participant, per promotional product purchased during this timeframe. Bulk purchases of more than 2 promotional products will not be eligible for this promotion.
When do I need to submit my claim by?
A participant must submit a valid claim online between 00:00 Friday 4th April 2022 and midnight on 21st May 2022.
Are the Ninja V Pro Kit and Ninja V+ Pro Kit included in the cashback action?
No. Pro kit versions of Ninja V and Ninja V+ are not included. Units received as part of a promotional bundle are also not included, as no value is assigned to them for this promotion.
When will I receive my cashback?
Upon receipt and verification of the claim, Atomos will arrange a direct bank transfer payment to the participant's bank account. No alternative arrangements (cash or cheque) will be provided. Atomos aims to process bank transfer payments within 8 weeks of receiving a complete and valid claim. Only one bank transfer payment will be issued per valid claim.
Why has my claim been rejected?
Atomos will not process incomplete or illegible claims. Atomos reserves the right to audit claims to ensure compliance with the promotion's terms and conditions, and to request additional information with supporting documentation. Atomos may exclude claims and/or participants if the promotion is misrepresented. Atomos's decisions regarding promotions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
I missed the cut-off date, can I still claim my cashback?
Atomos strives to make promotions accessible but will not process claims received after the closing date of midnight on Sunday 22nd May 2022. Claims deemed incomplete or illegible will also not be processed. Atomos is not responsible for claims that are delayed or not successfully received.
I bought my unit second-hand, can I claim the cashback?
Second-hand, refurbished, or reconditioned products, counterfeit products, or products that infringe the intellectual property rights of Atomos companies are not eligible for this promotion.
What can I use as proof of purchase?
A copy of your invoice or receipt is required. For internet purchases, a full receipt and payment confirmation are necessary.
