Installation Steps

Step 1: Cleaning the components

1. Before installing or replacing the filter, immerse it in clean water for 5 minutes, then rinse it clean to remove floating carbon generated during transportation.
2. Rinse the water tray, filter tray, and water container with clean water.

Tips: Keep the master control module away from water. Never use water above 50°C, dishwashers, or disinfection cabinets to clean the components.

Step 2: Assembling the product

1. Pour clean drinking water into the water container, keeping the water level under the MAX mark.
2. Place the filter tray into the water container.
3. Insert the filter into the filter tray, then place the filter tray onto the water tray.
4. Insert the master control module into the corresponding hollow space with the water outlet facing forward.

Features

Power button

• Turn on: Press the power button once. The product enters sensing mode, and the sensing mode indicator lights up. Press again to switch to intermittent mode; the intermittent mode indicator lights up. Press a third time to turn off the device.
• Reset filter: When the filter replacement indicator lights up, replace the filter. With the device on, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds. The filter replacement indicator will flash 3 times and then turn off, indicating the filter usage time has been reset.

Sensing mode

• When the product is turned on, it enters sensing mode, and the sensing mode indicator lights up.
• When a pet approaches, the device senses it and dispenses water. The sensing mode indicator remains constantly lit. When the pet moves away, the sensing mode indicator turns off.
• With DC power supply, the product dispenses water for 15 seconds if no pet is sensed within 90 minutes. This function is not available with battery power supply.

Intermittent mode

• From sensing mode, press the power button once to switch to intermittent mode.
• In intermittent mode, the product dispenses water for 15 seconds every 15 minutes, repeating the cycle. This applies to both battery and AC power.

Filter replacement

• A constantly lit filter replacement indicator signifies that the filter needs replacement. After replacement, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds while the device is on. The indicator will flash 3 times and then turn off, confirming a successful reset.

Power indicator

• Breathing red indicator: Low power
• Solid red indicator: Battery is nearly depleted
• Breathing green indicator: Charging
• Solid green indicator: Charging complete

Power supply selection

I. Wall outlet

Open the waterproof silicone cover at the power port of the master control module. Insert the Type-C connector of the data cable into the power port, the other end into the adapter, and plug the adapter into the wall outlet. Press the power button to start using the product. The battery can also be charged; refer to the "power indicator" for charging status.

* If using battery power is inconvenient, unplug the data cable and close the waterproof cover.

II. Battery

The product has a built-in lithium battery. Press the power button of the master control module when sufficient power is available to start using the product.

Maintenance and cleaning

I. Daily cleaning and maintenance

1. Disconnect power and turn off the product before cleaning. Keep the charging port dry.
2. Remove the filter, filter tray, and pump filter, and rinse them with clean water.
3. Immerse the water container, water tray, and filter mesh in water and wash them clean.
4. Remove the pump filter from the bottom of the master control module, open the cover to take out the filter cotton, and wash it with clean water.
5. Do not immerse or wash the master control module, nor clean it in a dishwasher.
6. After cleaning the water container, wipe the charging port clean before connecting power.
7. It is recommended to change the drinking water every 3 days. Clean the product before changing the water.

II. Replacement of filter and pump filter

1. To maintain clean drinking water for your pet, it is recommended to clean the product and filter every 3-4 days, and replace the filter every 7-10 days. The exact replacement time depends on actual usage.
2. Before replacing the filter, immerse it in water for 5 minutes, then rinse it with clean water to remove floating carbon generated by activated carbon during transportation.
3. For the health of your pets, please change the filter and pump filter frequently according to actual use conditions.

Matters needing attention

I. Cautions

1. It is recommended to use a 5V-1A/2A power adapter with DC output that conforms to national/regional safety standards for the product.
2. Please read the User Manual carefully before use. Once installed or used, it is deemed that you have carefully read and accepted the following precautions.
3. Damage caused by incorrect operation and improper use of the product is not covered in the warranty.

II. Precautions

1. Do not rinse or immerse the master control module with water.
2. Do not wash the product with hot water or clean it in a disinfection cabinet.
3. Before using the product and the filter, please wash them with clean water.
4. If the product is not used for a long time, the master control module should be charged with an adapter conforming to relevant parameters and standards every 15 days. After charging, unplug the power cord.
5. Ensure the master control module is fully charged and check the remaining water level when going on holiday.
6. This product is not a toy. Do not let children play with it. The product contains movable or small parts. Let your pet use it only under your supervision.
