How to Install
Rinse all parts of the pet fountain before installation.
To remove filter surface carbon powder, please soak for 5 minutes and rinse for 15 seconds before use.
There is a small amount of oil coming from the water pump at the first time of use; the oil is food-grade and harmless for pets.
Installation Steps:

- Q: Why doesn't the product work after connecting the wires?
- A: The USB head may not be inserted all the way; please insert it again. The power cable might be broken inside; please replace it with a new one. Please check if the socket switch is turned on.
- Q: How often does the filter need to be replaced?
- A: The service life of the filter replacement may be longer or shorter depending on specific usage. It is recommended to replace it every 1 month.
- Q: Why is there black powder floating in the water?
- A: This is carbon powder, which is safe and harmless. You can clean the filter replacement to remove the powder.
- Q: Why does the pump make abnormal noise during use?
- A: Small foreign objects may have entered the water pump. Please disassemble and wash the water pump, then reinstall it.
