Special Warnings and Precautions

This product is an industrial endoscope camera and cannot be used for medical or physical examinations.

Safety and Protection

• The camera probe is a high-precision electronic device; please do not bump it or pull the cables, as this could lead to device failure.
• With an IP67 waterproof layer, the probe should be used with increased caution and protected from scratches.
• The camera probe is constructed from materials not resistant to high temperatures. Therefore, ensure that the internal temperature of any combustion engine or other device with high internal temperatures has cooled down before inspection, otherwise, direct damage to the device may occur.
• In case of device damage, please do not attempt to disassemble it yourself, but contact the dealer or supplier for professional maintenance.
• Children must not use this device independently without adult supervision.

Operating and Storage Environment

• The device should be operated at an ambient temperature of 32~113°F (0~45°C).
• The device should be stored in a dry, clean place, free from oil, water, and any chemical liquids.

How to Download the APP

Method 1: For iOS users (iOS 12+), search and download "DEPSTECHCAM" from the App Store.

Method 2: Scan the QR code and select the app download. System support (iOS 12+ and higher).

Note: If you haven't downloaded the app yet, a prompt to download will appear on your phone after connecting the product. If you downloaded it previously, no pop-up window will appear.

Q1: Why doesn't the product display an image after connecting to the phone?

A: It might be due to poor contact at the connection port. Disconnect and reinsert the plug to see if it can create an image.

B: It might be an issue with app communication. Disconnect the plug, restart the app, and then connect the phone.

Q2: Why is the image not clear?

A: The optimal focal length for this product is 0.79-3.93 inches (2-10 cm). Please keep the object within the focal range.

Q3: Why can't I save photos/videos?

A: Upon first connecting the product, a pop-up window will appear requesting photo access. Select "Allow access to all photos".

B: You need to set photo access permissions through your phone. Go to "Settings", search for and navigate to "DEPSTECHCAM", then go to "Photos" and select "All Photos".
