- The DS320 is a high-performance industrial endoscope featuring a 4.3-inch IPS high-definition display for capturing images and recording videos. Footage is saved to a TF (Micro-SD) card. Equipped with a high-performance CMOS chip, it offers Bluart 3.0 technology for clear images and rapid capture speeds. It is commonly used in industrial maintenance, appliance repair, mechanical servicing, design, and other fields.
- Please note that the TF card is not included in the package; purchasing one separately is recommended for saving photos or videos.
Special Warnings and Precautions
- This product is an industrial endoscope camera and is not intended for medical or physical examinations.
- To prolong battery life, it is recommended to charge the device once every 3 months, regardless of usage.
- Do not attempt to replace the internal battery yourself, as unprofessional handling may lead to injury risks due to battery overheating or other issues.
Safety and Protection
- The camera probe is a high-precision electronic device. Avoid striking the probe or pulling the cables, as this may cause device malfunction.
- With an IP67 waterproof rating, the probe must be used with extreme caution and protected from scratches.
- The camera probe is made from materials not resistant to high temperatures. Ensure that the internal temperature of any engine or device being inspected is cooled down before examination, otherwise, the device may be directly damaged.
- In case of device damage, do not disassemble it yourself. Contact the seller or supplier for professional service.
- Children must not use this device unsupervised by adults.
Operating and Storage Conditions
- The device should be operated at an ambient temperature of 0 – 45 °C (32 – 113 °F).
- The device should be stored in a dry, clean, oil-free, and water-free location, away from any chemical liquids.
Product Introduction
Front Panel Controls
- Button 1 (Power): Press and hold for 2 seconds to turn the endoscope on/off.
- Button 2 (Photo/Video): Single press to save a photo or end video recording. Press and hold for 2 seconds to pause video recording.
- Button 3 (Brightness/Cursor Down): Click to increase the LED brightness of the camera; move the cursor down in menus.
- Button 4 (Mute/Cursor Up): Click to dim the camera's LED lights; move the cursor up in menus.
- Button 5 (Rotate/Switch Camera): Click to rotate the real-time image by 180°. Press and hold for 2 seconds to switch between the main and side cameras (available only for dual and triple lens models).
- Button 6 (Album/Back): Press and hold for 2 seconds to enter or exit the album. Click to return to the previous menu level.
- Button 7 (Freeze/Confirm): Click to freeze/unfreeze the screen. Click to confirm a selection in menus. Click to enter the main menu.
Bottom Panel and Ports
- Slot 9: TF card slot. Supports TF cards up to 32GB. Format the card on first use.
- Port 10: Type-C charging port. Used for charging (connect Type-C cable to adapter) or data transfer (connect Type-C cable to PC).
- Button 11: Reset button. A short press with a reset pin will power off and reset the device.
- Indicator 12: LED charging status indicator. Red LED indicates charging; Green LED indicates charging is complete.
- Hole 13: Lanyard hole.
User Interface Overview
The live view screen displays:
- Camera Icon: For taking photos or recording videos.
- 180° Icon: For rotating the screen view.
- Battery Icon: Indicates battery power status.
- TF Card Icon: Indicates the status of the TF card.
- Lens Labels (A, B, C): Indicate the active camera lens. 'A' is typically the main lens. For dual-lens models, 'B' is the side lens. For triple-lens models, 'B' is one side lens and 'C' is another side lens.
- Timestamp: Displays the current date and time.
Language Settings
The default language of the device is English. To select a different language, follow these steps:
- Click the menu button [⚙️] to enter the menu interface. Navigate to "Language" using the cursor buttons [◀️/▶️] and press the OK button [OK] to enter the language settings interface.
- Use the cursor buttons [◀️/▶️] to select the desired language, then press the OK button [OK] to change the language.
- Click the back button [↩️] to return to the main interface.
Photo/Video Operations
Taking Photos and Videos
- Press the capture button [?] to take a photo.
- Long press the capture button [?] to start video recording; a single press will end the recording.
Viewing Photos/Videos
- Long press the OK button [OK] in preview mode to open the photo album.
- Use the cursor buttons [◀️/▶️] to browse photos. Click the OK button [OK] to play videos.
- Long press the OK button [OK] to exit the photo album.
Deleting Photos/Videos
- While viewing photos or videos, press the menu/settings button [⚙️] to access file details.
- Use the cursor buttons [◀️/▶️] to select whether to delete the current file or all files.
Lens Switching and TF Card Formatting
Switching Lenses
(Available only for dual and triple lens models) After powering on the product, the main lens is active by default. You can switch lenses by pressing and holding the switch button [?] for 2 seconds.
Formatting TF Card
- From the preview interface, press the menu button [⚙️] to enter the menu.
- Use the cursor buttons [◀️/▶️] to select the "Format" option.
- Press the OK button [OK] to enter the confirmation prompt, then select "OK".
- Wait for the formatting process to complete.
Data Transfer and Charging
Copying Files to a Computer
- Method 1: Use a TF card reader to copy data directly.
- Method 2: Connect the product to a computer using a Micro USB cable for copying.
- Connect the product to your computer.
- Press the menu button [⚙️] to enter the menu.
- Select "Data transmission".
- Press the OK button [OK] to start copying files to the computer.
Note: If the device is not connected to a computer, selecting "Data transmission" in the settings interface will display a USB icon. Pressing the back button [↩️] to exit the menu is normal if "No Signal" is displayed after exiting data transfer.
Charging Instructions
- Connect the device to a DC 5V adapter for charging.
- The indicator light is red during charging and turns green when charging is complete.
Accessory Installation
Installation Method
- To remove the protective cover: Rotate counter-clockwise.
- To attach accessories: Rotate clockwise to tighten the accessory.
