Dear Customer,
Schneider Electric SE and its affiliates have undertaken since 2008 to comply strictly with the REACH regulation N° 1907/2006 for the declaration of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), authorization (Annex XIV) and restriction (Annex XVII).
As per our commitment under article 33 of the said regulation, we provide information regarding the presence of SVHC in Schneider Electric products, to the best of our knowledge and as of the date of publication. This information may evolve over time based on improved knowledge from suppliers and our investigations.
Schneider Electric has also considered the judgment of the EU Court of Justice of 10 September 2015 in case C-106/14 and is investigating the necessary actions for its implementation.
In line with its environmental strategy, Schneider Electric and its affiliates apply the REACH regulation on a worldwide basis.
Our company's Environment policy drives us to continuously work towards products and services that reduce environmental or human health impact during intended use and under conditions stated in documentation. Schneider Electric aims to substitute substances of concern, particularly REACH Annex XIV substances, before their sunset dates.
At the end of life of products, please follow appropriate waste and recycling procedures. If a product falls under RoHS legal scope, this document does not serve as a CE declaration. For CE declarations, please refer to the Customer Care Centers.
