Warranty Information

Should your product require service, please consult with the dealer from which it was purchased or contact a local UTV STEREO dealer directly. Units received without an accompanying return authorization number will not be processed. Please contact your UTV Stereo dealer or contact UTV Stereo directly to obtain a return authorization number. Additionally, you must include a copy of your purchase receipt from an authorized UTV Stereo dealer for consideration of in-warranty service. Units received without a receipt will be held for 30 days, allowing time to contact you and obtain a copy of the receipt. After 30 days, all units will be returned. Product Overview

The UTV Stereo 55 Amp Power Pack is designed for UTV, Powersports, and Marine applications. It provides automatic 3-stage charging for 12V Lead-Acid, AGM, and GEL Batteries.

Installation Instructions

  1. Determine where on the vehicle you want to mount the vehicle side connector for easy access. You can use the rear fender area (see Figure 1) or the front side of the firewall (see Figure 2) to mount the connector. Remember that the harness is not fused. It is very important to safely route the wire harness to avoid any moving parts or heat sources that can cause damage to the vehicle or power pack. Placing two washers underneath the connector while mounting makes it easier to plug and unplug the connectors.

    • Use self-tapping screws when mounting to a metal surface.
    • Use machine screws and nuts when mounting to a plastic surface.

  2. In the battery compartment, connect the terminal rings on the harness directly to the corresponding battery posts.

    • Position the RED terminal on the POSITIVE (+) post connector.
    • Position the BLACK terminal on the NEGATIVE (-) post connector.

  3. On the charger side harness, install the EZ Grip terminal handle to the connector using the provided nuts and screws.

  4. Connect the charger side harness plug to the vehicle side harness plug and plug the electrical cord into an outlet. The LED will light up GREEN when connected to power.
