Warranty Information
For service, consult the dealer where the product was purchased or a local UTV Stereo dealer. Units returned without an authorization number will not be processed. A copy of the purchase receipt from an authorized UTV Stereo dealer is required for in-warranty service. Units without a receipt will be held for 30 days. Visit the UTV Stereo website for more information.

Precautions:
WARNING - SHOCK HAZARD
- Do not operate with a damaged cord or plug.
- Do not disassemble; incorrect reassembly may result in electric shock or fire.
- NEVER submerge in water. Do not expose to rain, snow, or use when wet.
- Disconnect from power source before maintenance to reduce the risk of electric shock.
WARNING - RISK OF EXPLOSIVE GASES:
- The charger can produce arcs or sparks. Use only in well-ventilated areas.
- Take precautions when using near a lead-acid battery that generates explosive gases during normal operation.
- Follow these instructions and the battery manufacturer's instructions to reduce the risk of battery explosion or damage.
WARNING - RISK OF INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE:
- Never attempt to charge a frozen battery.
- When disconnecting power, pull from the plug, not the cord.
- Never allow sparks or flames near the charger, battery, or vehicle engine.
- Remove personal items like rings or necklaces that could create a short circuit.
- Use protective eyewear and gloves to reduce exposure to battery acid.
- If battery acid contacts skin, wash with soap and water immediately.
- If battery acid contacts eyes, flush immediately with water.
- Seek medical attention if redness, pain, or irritation occurs from battery acid.
Operating Instructions
- Connect the terminal rings/clamps to the corresponding terminals on the battery posts. Position the RED terminal on the POSITIVE (+) post connector and the BLACK terminal on the NEGATIVE (-) post connector.
- Connect the AC power cord to an AC power outlet. Confirm the LED indicator is on.
- Connect the 2-pin plugs to begin charging. This will start the charging process. Refer to the LED indicator for charging status.
- LED Status Indicator:
- Neither Red or Green light is on: Charger is not properly connected to AC power. Check outlet and connection.
- Red light flashing: Battery charger has AC power and is functioning correctly.
- Continuous red light flashing: Battery voltage is too low, or output terminals are not connected correctly.
- Red light on constant: Battery is connected properly, and the charger is charging the battery.
- Green light flashing: The battery is greater than 80% charged.
- Green light on constant: The charge is complete, and the battery is fully charged.
