Safety Information
- Protect from rain – use in covered areas.
- Do not immerse the control module in water.
- Do not step on, pull, bend, or pinch the cable.
- Do not drop the control unit or place heavy loads on it.
- Do not place the device near high-temperature sources during charging.
- Do not place the device in a car or enclosed space while charging.
- Do not use the device in temperatures outside its operating range of -30°C to +50°C.
- The charger may only be used if the power supply is equipped with a residual current device (RCD).
- Do not attempt to repair it yourself if a fault occurs.
- Do not use the device if the cable is damaged.
- The device is designed solely for charging electric vehicles.
- Do not use the device with an extension cord.
- Do not insert your fingers into the charging connector.
- If the device malfunctions, contact the dealer for repair or replacement.

The control module displays various settings and statuses:
- Current Setting: Shows the current charging mode.
- Charging Time: Displays the duration of the charging session.
- Charging Time Delay Setting: Allows setting a delay before charging begins.

Features
- Temperature Monitoring: The temperature sensor monitors the charger's operating temperature in real-time. If it exceeds a safe limit, the charger will stop operating immediately. Once the temperature returns to normal, the charger will resume operation automatically.
- Automatic Error Correction: An intelligent chip automatically corrects common charging errors to ensure stable product operation.
- Safety: The product has undergone appropriate inspection to ensure the highest safety standards during charging for you and your car.
- Robust Housing: Made of polycarbonate, the housing is strong and reliable, tested for internal strength.

Usage Information
- When using the 16A charging mode, use a socket with a rated current of at least 16A. If using a standard 10A socket, adjust the amperage setting to a maximum of 10A. If the charger is damaged due to incorrect current setting for the socket, the warranty will not apply.
- Do not place the device near flammable materials, explosives, chemicals, or other hazardous substances.
- Keep the charging connector clean. If it is dirty, wipe it with a clean, dry cloth. Do not touch the metal pins of the connector with your hands. Ensure the charger is not connected to the power supply or the device.
- Do not use the charger if the cable is damaged, cracked, worn, or has exposed wires. If you notice any of the above abnormalities, contact the dealer.
- Do not attempt to disassemble, repair, or modify the charger yourself. Improper handling may lead to device damage, leakage, electric shock, etc.
- If any abnormalities occur during use, disconnect the power supply immediately.
- Use the charger under a canopy during rain. Protect from rain and snow.
- Children must not use the device or come near it during charging due to the risk of injury.
- It is strictly prohibited to remove the charging plug from the socket without authorization during charging due to the risk to the safety of the vehicle or user.
- Vehicles must not move during charging. Charging may only occur when the vehicle is stationary. This applies to all vehicle types.
Charging Tips
- Ensure the electrical installation has a Type B residual current circuit breaker (RCD).
- Connect the charger to a 230V socket.
- (Optional) Set the charging delay by pressing the button with the clock icon ⏰.
- Set the desired amperage using the "A" button Ⓐ.
- Connect the charging cable to the vehicle.
- Monitor progress on the LCD display.
- When finished, first disconnect the device from the vehicle, then from the socket.
How to Start Charging
- Plug the connector firmly into the socket. (Ensure the socket complies with national standards and has a rated current of 16A.)
- Press the [A] button to change the charging current mode, and press the [Clock] button ⏰ to set the charging time delay.
- Pull the cap gently and insert the charging plug fully into the vehicle's socket. Ensure the charging plug is fully inserted until you hear a click.
- The device will begin charging.
Current Setting
Press the [A] button to change the current mode.
This mode can be activated by pressing the [A] button when the charger is powered on and the car is not connected.
- 16A units support four current modes: 8A, 10A, 13A, and 16A.
- 32A units support four current modes: 16A, 20A, 24A, and 32A.
Setting Charging Delay
Press the [Clock] button ⏰ to set the time.
This mode can be activated by pressing the [Clock] button when the charger is powered on and the car is not connected.
The charging delay time increases by 1 hour each time the [Clock] button is pressed. The maximum delay is 8 hours.
How to Stop Charging
- Press the button and remove the charging plug.
- Close the vehicle's socket cover and attach the charging plug's protective cap.
- Remove the plug from the socket.
- Store the charger in its bag.
* Some car models lock the charging plug when the power is connected (disconnect the power before removing the charging plug).
LCD Display Description
The LCD display shows the following states:
- Startup: (See Diagram 6) Displays "WELCOME" and voltage.
- Vehicle Disconnected: (See Diagram 7) Shows "Ready" status with charging parameters.
- Charging: (See Diagram 8) Shows "Charging" status with detailed parameters.
- Delayed Charging: (See Diagram 9) Shows "Scheduled Charging" status.
- Error: (See Diagram 10) Shows "Error" status with details.
If an error occurs during charging (Error A, Error B... Error H), first consult the possible causes and recommended solutions, then contact NTEC Sp. z o.o. service.
Troubleshooting

Error - B | Short-circuit protection (CP) | 1. Disconnect the EV charging plug and the power plug, then reconnect the power plug. 2. If "Error - B" is not displayed on the LCD, there is a CP short circuit on the car's side. 3. If "Error - B" is still displayed on the LCD, contact the dealer. |
Error - C | Overvoltage protection | 1. Check if the supply voltage exceeds the permissible voltage. 2. If the voltage at the power socket is too high, wait until the supply voltage returns to normal. 3. If the voltage at the power socket is correct, but the charger still displays Error - C, contact the dealer. |
Error - D | Undervoltage protection | 1. Check if the supply voltage is lower than the permissible voltage. 2. If the voltage at the power socket is too low, wait until the supply voltage returns to normal. 3. If the voltage at the power socket is correct, but the charger still displays Error - D, contact the dealer. |
Error - F | Short-circuit protection | 1. Disconnect the EV charging plug and the power plug, then reconnect the power plug. 2. If "Error - F" is not displayed on the LCD, there is a short circuit on the car's side. 3. If "Error - F" is still displayed on the LCD, contact the dealer. |
Error - G | Leakage protection | 1. Disconnect the EV charging plug and the power plug, then reconnect the power plug. 2. If "Error - G" is not displayed on the LCD, there is a leakage current on the car's side. 3. If "Error - G" is still displayed on the LCD, contact the dealer. |

Protection and Maintenance
- Keep the charger clean using a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. Do not use chemicals.
- Regularly inspect power cords and connectors for damage such as wear, cracks, or loose connections.
- Ensure ventilation openings are clean and unobstructed to ensure adequate cooling.
- Avoid contact with water or other liquids to prevent electrical damage.
Disposal Information (WEEE)
This product is subject to regulations concerning the disposal of electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE). Return it to an electrical waste collection point that offers safe recycling according to GPSR standards. Check where the nearest electrical waste collection points are located. If you have questions about disposal, contact the manufacturer or an authorized service center.
Warranty and Service Information
The product comes with a 24-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers all material and manufacturing defects. Contact our service department if you have problems with the device to ensure prompt and professional service. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, drops, mechanical damage, unauthorized repairs, or attempted disassembly.
