Device Added Successfully but Stays "Offline"
Answer: Newly added devices require 1-2 minutes to connect to your router and the internet. If it remains offline for an extended period, check the green LED status:
- 1.1. Green LED quickly blinks once and repeats: Device failed to connect to the router. This could be due to an incorrect Wi-Fi password, the device being too far from the router (weak signal), or attempting to connect to a 5G Wi-Fi network (only 2.4G is supported). Ensure your router's MAC filtering is open.
- 1.2. Green LED slowly blinks once and repeats: Device connected to the router and server but failed to be added to the device list. Power cycle the device and try adding it again.
- 1.3. Green LED quickly blinks twice and repeats: Device connected to the router but failed to connect to the server. Verify that your Wi-Fi router is functioning correctly.

Why the APP Can't Find the Device in Pairing Status?
Answer: This is likely due to your phone's cache. Close your phone's Wi-Fi, wait a minute, then reopen it. Simultaneously, power off the device if possible, then power it back on and try again.
-
My Wi-Fi is Expired, Can I Connect to LAN? Can my phone connect directly to the device hotspot?
Answer: This product does not support LAN connections or direct connection to a hotspot. It must connect to a Wi-Fi router.
