Safety Warnings

To ensure safe and long-term use of this product, please read this manual carefully. Keep it in a safe place for future reference.

  1. Unpacking: Check for any damage incurred during transit. If damage is found, repack the unit in its original box and consult your dealer. It is recommended to keep the original shipping box for potential future repairs.
  2. Connecting the Amplifier: It is recommended to establish a procedure for powering systems on and off. Power on all equipment (source, mixer, effects) before powering on the amplifier. Failure to do so can result in loud noises during power cycling, potentially damaging speakers. Ensure all level controls are at their minimum before powering on the amplifier. Wait for all system components to stabilize (usually a few seconds). Similarly, when powering down, always turn the amplifier's level control down first and then power off the amplifier.
  3. Cables: Do not use shielded cables or microphone cables for amplifier-to-speaker connections. These are not designed to handle the amplifier's load and can cause damage to the entire system. Use high-quality shielded cables for all other connections.
  4. Repair: Refer all servicing to your dealer. Do not attempt to repair the product yourself.
  5. Warnings: Pay attention to all warnings displayed on the equipment.
  6. Instructions: Follow all instructions displayed on the equipment.
  7. Water: Do not use the equipment near water.
  8. Cleaning: Wipe with a dry cloth.
  9. Ventilation: Do not block ventilation openings. Install the equipment in its intended location according to manufacturer's instructions.
  10. Heat: Do not install the equipment near heat sources such as radiators, stoves, or other heat-generating appliances.
  11. Grounding: The equipment must be connected to a mains socket outlet with a protective earth connection. Do not modify the polarized or grounding-type plug. A polarized plug has two blades, one wider than the other. A grounding-type plug has two blades and a grounding pin. The wider blade or grounding pin is for your safety. If the supplied plug does not fit your outlet, consult an electrician.
  12. Power Cord: Protect the power cord from being walked on or pinched, particularly at the plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the apparatus.
  13. Accessories: Use only accessories supplied by the manufacturer.
  14. Mounting: If the equipment is mounted in a rack, ensure it has rear support. Use only carts, stands, tripods, brackets, or tables specified by the manufacturer or sold with the equipment. If a cart is used, exercise caution when moving the cart/apparatus combination to avoid injury from tip-over.
  15. Accessibility: The user must be able to easily access the power plug and power switch. Unplug this product during lightning storms or when unused for long periods.
  16. Servicing: Servicing is required when the apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as power-supply cord or plug is damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the apparatus, the apparatus has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.
  17. Ground Pin: Never break off the ground pin. Connect only to power sources as indicated by the apparatus's power unit.
  18. Rack Mounting: If mounting the unit in a rack, ensure rear support is used.
  19. Liquids: Keep the equipment away from liquids. Do not place objects containing liquids, such as vases, on the equipment.
  20. Noise Levels: Exposure to very high noise levels can cause hearing loss. The susceptibility to noise-induced hearing loss varies considerably with individual sensitivity, but prolonged exposure to excessive noise is damaging to virtually everyone. To prevent noise-induced hearing loss, it is recommended that you do not expose yourself to excessive noise levels. The U.S. Government's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has set the permissible noise level limits. Due to the potential for hearing damage, if exposure exceeds these limits, use appropriate hearing protection.
  21. Cabinet Tilt: The amplifier cabinet has a tilt-back mechanism. Use with caution. The amplifier can easily tilt backwards, so ensure it is used on a stable, level surface. Do not operate the amplifier on a desk, table, shelf, or other unstable surface.
  22. Symbols: The safety symbols used in the product and manual are as follows: [Note: The original PDF shows symbols here, which are described in text.]
