Product Appearance

The neck fan features an air outlet, a power/speed button, an indicator light, an air inlet, and a Type-C charging port.

Instructions Before Use

  1. Before powering on, check if the product and power cord are damaged. Ensure they are in good condition and assembled according to the instructions.
  2. Before charging the product, verify that the power supply voltage used matches the product label.
  3. Do not disassemble, modify, or repair the product yourself to avoid electric shock and fire hazards. Have the product repaired at the designated service center by the distributor or original manufacturer.

Usage Instructions

A. How to Use

Gently extend the fan blades to the left and right, with the air outlet facing upwards. Hang it around your neck, press the power/speed button, and the fan will start working, blowing cool air towards your head for a refreshing experience.

B. Power/Speed Switch

Short press the power/speed button to cycle through the first, second, third, fourth, fifth speed, and then off. A long press on any speed setting will directly turn off the fan.

Speed levels: 1st speed, 2nd speed, 3rd speed, 4th speed, 5th speed, Off.

  1. Before cleaning, ensure the power source is disconnected.
  2. Wipe the fan body and air outlet with a dry cloth.
  3. Never clean electrical components (e.g., motor, switch, etc.) with water or other liquids.
  4. Do not touch the power supply and electrical components with wet hands or a wet cloth.
  5. Remove dust or foreign objects from the air outlet in time to prevent dust from entering the air cavity.

Battery Removal

Before discarding the product, the battery must be removed. The product must be turned off before removing the battery. Batteries must be disposed of safely in accordance with point-of-sale regulations.

  1. Use a tool to remove the bottom strap and screw, then open the inner cover and remove the bottom screw (Figure 1).
  2. Use a tool to open the outer cover (Figure 2).
  3. Remove the battery connector and take out the battery. Dispose of it safely according to local regulations (Figure 3).

Safety Precautions

To ensure safe usage and prevent injury and damage to your property and others, please observe the following safety measures. Improper use without adhering to safety warnings may lead to accidents.

  1. This product is not a toy. Ensure babies and children do not play with it as a toy. Children under 14 years old must use it under parental supervision.
  2. This product is not intended for use by individuals (including children) with impaired physiological, perceptual, or mental abilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised or have been given instruction by a person responsible for their safety.
  3. Do not blow directly on the human body for extended periods, especially on infants and children, to avoid physical discomfort.
  4. During use, do not insert fingers, sharp objects, metal objects, etc., which may cause product malfunction and the risk of electric shock or injury.
  5. Avoid using wet hands, wet towels, or other damp items during use to prevent electric shock.
  6. This product is not waterproof. Do not use water to rinse the product directly, or use it in bathrooms, high humidity, or water storage areas. Please dry surface water promptly before attempting to use it. Do not use it when fully submerged or with water inside.
  7. Do not cover the air outlet and inlet with objects like hanging clothes, towels, or other items to prevent product malfunction.
  8. Prohibit use and storage in environments with high temperatures (above 60°C) and in enclosed spaces such as greenhouses, construction sites, chimneys, exposed car compartments, and other environments that could cause plastic deformation, wind-driven flames, battery explosions, or other malfunctions and accidents.
  9. Do not compress, disassemble, or install the battery for extended periods in a high-temperature environment (60°C or above), as there is a risk of liquid leakage or explosion.
  10. If consumers use a power adapter for charging, the rated input voltage and current of the power adapter must be within the 5.0V/2.0A range and meet mandatory national safety certifications before use.
  11. This product uses a lithium-ion battery and does not have a memory function. Overcharging or over-discharging will affect the product's lifespan. Please charge it in time and disconnect the power supply when fully charged. If the device has not been used for a long time (more than 3 months), please charge it fully.
  12. If smoke, fire, or other malfunctions occur during use, immediately turn off the power to stop using the tool and send it to the dealer or manufacturer for resolution. Do not disassemble it yourself to avoid danger.
  13. Do not bend or pull the power cord during charging to ensure a stable connection.
