Appearance Description

The JisuLife Life4 Neck Fan features a wearable design with key components:

  1. Neck Collar: The main body that rests around the neck.
  2. Air Outlet: Where the cool air is expelled.
  3. Power/Speed Button: Controls power and fan speed settings.
  4. LED Indicator: Displays device status (e.g., charging, battery level).
  5. Air Inlet: Where air is drawn into the fan. There are multiple air inlets on the device.
  6. Type-C Input Port: For charging the device.

Precautions Before Use

  1. Before powering on, inspect the product and power cord for any damage. Ensure they are in good working order and store them according to instructions.
  2. Before charging, verify that the voltage of the power source matches the parameters specified on the product label.
  3. To prevent electric shock and fire, do not disassemble, modify, or repair the product yourself. For repairs, contact a service center authorized by the official seller or manufacturer.

How to Use

A. Operating the Device

Gently spread the fan blades left and right so that the air outlet is directed upwards. Place the device around your neck, press the power/speed button, and the fan will start operating, directing cool air towards your head for a refreshing effect.

B. Power/Speed Switch

Short press the power/speed button to cycle through five speeds (first, second, third, fourth, fifth) and the off mode. A long press at any speed will immediately turn off the device.

Product Cleaning

  1. Before cleaning, ensure the device is disconnected from the power supply.
  2. Wipe the fan body and air outlet with a dry cloth.
  3. Never clean electrical components (e.g., motor, power switch) with water or other liquids.
  4. Do not touch the power source and electrical parts with wet hands or a wet cloth.
  5. Regularly remove dust or foreign objects from the air outlet to prevent dust from entering the air cavity.

Battery Removal

Before disposing of the product, the battery must be removed. The product must be turned off before battery removal. Batteries should be disposed of safely in accordance with local regulations at the point of sale.

  1. Using a tool, unscrew the plug and remove the bottom screw, then open the inner casing and unscrew the bottom screw (refer to Diagram One description).
  2. Using a tool, pry open the outer casing (refer to Diagram Two description).
  3. Pull out the battery connector and remove the battery, disposing of it safely according to local regulations (refer to Diagram Three description).

Safety Measures

To ensure safe use and prevent injury or material damage to yourself and others, please observe the following safety measures. Improper use without adhering to safety warnings may lead to accidents.

  1. This product is not a children's toy. Please ensure infants and children do not play with it as a toy. Children under 14 years of age should use it under adult supervision.
  2. This product is not intended for use by individuals (including children) with limited physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed on safe use by a person responsible for their safety.
  3. Do not direct air directly at a person's body for extended periods, especially the elderly and children, to avoid physical discomfort.
  4. During use, do not insert fingers, sharp, or metallic objects into the product, as this may cause product malfunction, electric shock, or injury.
  5. Do not use the appliance with wet hands, wet towels, or in the presence of any other power sources to avoid electric shock.
  6. This product is not waterproof. Do not rinse the product directly with water or use it in bathrooms, areas with high humidity, or places where water is stored. If water gets on the product surface, dry it promptly before attempting to turn it on for use. Do not reuse the device if it has been completely soaked in water or if water has entered its interior.
  7. Do not block the air inlet and outlet openings with hanging clothes, towels, clothing, or other objects to prevent product malfunction.
  8. Do not use or store the product in high-temperature environments (above 60°C) or in enclosed spaces such as greenhouses, construction sites, fireplaces, open car interiors, and other places, as this may lead to plastic deformation, flame spread by wind, fire, battery explosion, and other malfunctions or accidents.
  9. Do not squeeze, disassemble the battery, or keep it in high-temperature conditions (60°C and above) for a long time, otherwise, there may be a risk of liquid leakage or explosion.
  10. If consumers use a power adapter for charging, the input rated voltage and current of the power adapter must be within 5.0V 2.0A, and it must have passed mandatory state safety certification for use.
  11. This product uses a lithium-ion battery without memory function. Overcharging or over-discharging will affect the product's service life. Please charge and disconnect the power source in a timely manner, and fully charge the device if it has not been used for a long time (more than 3 months).
  12. If smoke, fire, or other malfunctions occur during use, immediately turn off the power and stop using the device. Please send it to the dealer or manufacturer for service and do not disassemble it yourself to avoid danger.
  13. Do not bend or pull the power cord during charging to avoid poor contact.
