The Charger at a Glance
Thank you for choosing this product. Your new WIDEX MOMENT™ mRIC CHARGE n CLEAN charger is intended to detect, charge and maintain your WIDEX MOMENT™ mRIC MRR2D hearing aid. The charger consists of a charging unit for each hearing aid, a maintenance compartment for the receivers and three indicator lights that show the charging status of the hearing aids and the status of the maintenance cycle.

How to Get Started
- Connect the cable to the charger via the Micro USB port.
- When the charger is connected to the power supply, the light indicators flash white 5 times and then turn off.
- Gently place your hearing aids in their respective charging wells and the receivers in the maintenance compartment; then close the lid. [Image description: Left hearing aid placed in its well, Right hearing aid placed in its well.]
- The charge and maintenance cycles run automatically (Full charge cycle 4 h, full maintenance cycle 30 min.).
Charging Indicators
While the charger is detecting the hearing aid, the light indicator turns solid yellow: ?
Once the charger has detected the hearing aid, the charging will begin. The light indicator will flash green to indicate that the hearing aid is low on battery and less than 40% charged: ? (flashing)
The light indicator will glow green to indicate that the hearing aid is more than 40% charged: ? (solid)
The light indicator will turn solid green to indicate that the hearing aid is 100% charged: ? (solid)
Maintenance Indicators
The light indicator will flash white to indicate that the maintenance cycle is in progress (UV-C treatment/ drying): ⚪ (flashing)
The indicator light turns solid white to indicate the end of the maintenance cycle: ⚪ (solid)
If the lid is opened during the maintenance cycle, the cycle is paused but the charging continues. The maintenance cycle will restart when the lid is closed. [Image description: Maintenance pause indicated by a solid yellow light.]
Overview of Light Indicators

| Flashing green | The hearing aid is charging, low battery, less than 40%. | |

| Solid green | The hearing aid is fully charged, battery 100% charged. | |
| One indicator flashing red | An error occurred during charging, and the charging has stopped. | |
| Both indicators flashing red | An error occurred during charging, and the charging has stopped. | |
| Flashing yellow | The temperature of the hearing aid has become too high during charging, and charging is paused. | The maintenance cycle is paused due to overheating (fan still running). |
| Flashing white | The maintenance cycle is in progress (drying/UV-C). | |
| Solid white | The maintenance cycle is complete. |
