Getting Started

Ensure your charger is connected to a compatible USB 2.0 power source using the provided cable. The indicator lights will flash white upon connection, indicating the charger is ready.

Charging Your Hearing Aids

Place your hearing aids into their respective charging wells. The hearing aids will automatically turn off. Close the lid to initiate charging. A full charge takes approximately 4 hours, providing up to 4 hours of use after just 30 minutes of charging.

The charger also performs a 30-minute maintenance cycle, including Ultraviolet-C treatment and drying, while charging.

Understanding Charging Indicators

• Solid Yellow: Charger is detecting the hearing aid.
• Flashing Green: Hearing aid is charging (less than 40% battery).
• Solid Green: Hearing aid is charging (more than 40% battery).
• Solid Green: Hearing aid is fully charged (100%).
• Flashing White: Maintenance cycle in progress (drying or UV-C treatment).

Important Safety Information

Keep the charger and small parts away from children and pets. Avoid exposing the charger to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or open flames. Never attempt to open or repair the charger yourself; contact your hearing care professional for any defects.
