Device Components and Charging Cable

The Redmi Watch 5 Lite features a display screen, a quick release button on the left side, and a power on/off button on the right side. The back of the watch includes a speaker, heart rate sensor, contact points for charging, and a microphone. The charging cable connects via USB-A on one end and a magnetic charging connector on the other.

Getting Started

Download and install the companion app to better manage your watch. Log in to your Xiaomi account to access more services. Scan the QR code provided to download the app. For more detailed information, scan the QR code again or connect the watch to the app and refer to the user manual within the app.

Safety Precautions

For daily wear, adjust the watch strap comfortably around your wrist, leaving about one finger's width between the strap and your wrist bone. Ensure the strap is adjusted so the heart rate sensor can collect data accurately.
When measuring heart rate, keep your wrist still.
The strap has a 5 ATM water resistance rating, suitable for swimming in pools or shallow waters. It is not recommended for use in hot springs, saunas, showers, or during high-speed water activities like diving, snorkeling, or surfing. Remove the watch when washing clothes.
The touchscreen is not designed for underwater use. If the watch gets wet, wipe it dry with a soft cloth before further use.
For regular wear, avoid overtightening the strap. Keep the contact area dry and clean the strap with water periodically. If skin irritation (redness or swelling) occurs at the contact site, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
Ensure the power adapter, charger, and watch remain dry during charging. Do not handle with wet hands or expose to rain or liquids.
If the watch will not be used for an extended period, fully charge it, power it off, and store it in a cool, dry place. Recharge the watch at least once every three months.
The watch operates within an ambient temperature range of -10 °C to 45 °C. Performance may be affected by extreme temperatures.
If the display is damaged, do not touch it or attempt removal. Stop using the watch immediately and contact authorized service.
Use only the provided charger. Ensure power adapters comply with local safety regulations and are certified by a qualified manufacturer.
Do not disassemble, deform, incinerate, or strike the watch. If the battery swells or leaks, stop using it immediately.
The watch contains an integrated battery. Do not attempt to disassemble or replace it yourself to avoid damage or injury. Battery replacement must be performed by an authorized service provider. Using an incorrect battery type can be hazardous.
Do not dispose of the battery in household waste or landfills. Follow local laws and regulations for disposal.
Avoid exposing the battery to fire, hot ovens, mechanical damage, or cutting, as this may cause an explosion.
Do not expose the battery to extremely high temperatures, which could lead to explosion or leakage of flammable substances.

The watch and accessories may contain small parts. Keep them out of reach of children to prevent suffocation or other hazards.
