Safety Precautions

• For daily use, comfortably tighten the watch around your wrist, about one finger width from the wrist bone. Adjust the strap to ensure the heart rate sensor can collect data normally.
• Ensure proper placement on the wrist for accurate heart rate measurement.
• The watch has a 5ATM water resistance rating (50 meters depth). It can be worn in the swimming pool, while bathing by the shore, or during other shallow water activities. However, it cannot be used in hot showers, saunas, or diving. Avoid direct impact from strong currents during water sports.
• The water resistance function is not permanent and may decrease over time.
• The watch's touchscreen does not support underwater operations. When the watch comes into contact with water, wipe it with a soft cloth and remove excess water from the surface before use.
• During daily use, avoid wearing the watch too tightly. Keep the contact area dry and regularly clean the strap with water. Stop using the watch immediately and seek medical attention if signs of redness or burns appear on your skin.
• Check that the power adapter, charging cable, and watch are in a dry environment during charging. Do not touch them with wet hands and do not expose them to rain or other liquids.
• The watch's operating temperature is -10°C to 45°C. If the ambient temperature is too high or too low, the watch may malfunction.
• If the screen is broken, do not touch it or attempt to remove it. Stop using the watch immediately.
• Use the included charging cable to charge the watch. Use power adapters that comply with local safety standards or are certified and supplied by qualified manufacturers.
• Do not disassemble, strike, crush, or throw the watch into a fire. Stop using the battery immediately if swelling or leakage occurs.
• The watch and its accessories may contain small parts. Keep out of reach of children to avoid choking or other dangers.
• Keep the product indicator away from the eyes of children and animals while the product is in use.
• This watch is not a medical device; all data or information provided by the watch should not be used as a basis for diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases.
• Product information is listed on the back of your watch case.
