Watch Components
The Redmi Watch 5 Lite features a display screen on the front. The side of the watch includes a quick-release button, speaker, heart rate sensor, contact points, and a microphone. Another microphone is located on the opposite side, along with a power button.
Charging Cable
The charging cable has a USB connector on one end and a magnetic connector designed to attach to the watch's contact points on the other.
App Integration

Safety Precautions
- Daily Use: For daily use, comfortably tighten the watch around your wrist about one-finger width away from your wrist bone. Adjust the strap to ensure the heart rate sensor collects data normally.
- Heart Rate Measurement: When measuring your heart rate, please hold your wrist still.
- Water Resistance: The watch has a 5ATM water resistance rating (50 meters). It can be worn in swimming pools, during shallow-water activities, or swimming near the shore. It is not suitable for hot showers, saunas, or diving. Avoid direct impact from swift currents during water sports. Water resistance is not permanent and may decline over time.
- Touchscreen Operation: The touchscreen does not support underwater operations. After contact with water, wipe the watch surface dry with a soft cloth before use.
- Skin Contact: Avoid wearing the watch too tightly during daily use. Keep the contact area dry and regularly clean the strap. Immediately stop using the watch and seek medical assistance if the contact area on your skin shows signs of redness or swelling.
- Charging Safety: Ensure the power adapter, charging cable, and watch are in a dry environment while charging. Do not touch them with wet hands or expose them to rain or other liquids.
- Extended Storage: If the watch will not be used for an extended period, turn it off after fully charging, and store it in a cool, dry place. Recharge the watch at least once every 3 months.
- Operating Temperature: The operating temperature is -10°C to 45°C. Malfunction may occur if the ambient temperature is too high or too low.
- Broken Screen: If the screen is broken, do not touch or attempt to remove it. Stop using the watch immediately and contact an authorized service provider.
- Charging Accessories: Use the included charging cable. Only use power adapters that comply with local safety standards or are certified and supplied by qualified manufacturers.
- Battery Handling: Do not disassemble, strike, crush, or throw the watch into a fire. Stop using the battery immediately if there is any swelling or fluid leakage. The watch has a built-in battery; do not attempt to disassemble or replace it yourself. Only authorized service providers can replace the battery to avoid potential dangers or personal injury.
- Battery Disposal: Do not dispose of the battery in household waste or landfills. Follow local laws and regulations for disposal. Do not dispose of batteries in fire, hot ovens, or by crushing or cutting, as this can result in an explosion. Avoid environments with extremely high temperatures or extremely low air pressure, which can also lead to explosions or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.
- Child Safety: The watch and accessories may contain small parts. Keep them out of reach of children to avoid choking or other hazards.
- Product Indicator: Keep the product's indicator away from the eyes of children and animals during use.
