The package includes:

• SOUNDMATES ANC earbuds
• Charging carry case
• Type-C cable
• Small, medium & large earbud tips

Earbud Touch Controls:

• Play/Pause: Touch R or L earbud 2 times.
• Next Song: Touch R earbud 3 times.
• Rewind/Previous Song: Touch the L earbud 3 times.
• ANC MODE: Touch and hold R earbud 2 seconds until you hear "Noise Canceling ON" or "Noise Canceling OFF".

Pairing With Your Devices

1. Remove both earbuds from the case.

2. Open the Bluetooth pairing list on your device and click on "Soundmates ANC".

3. Your device should now be paired and ready for use.

Charging

Place earbuds in the charging case. They will automatically begin charging if the case has power.

The indicator light on the charging case will flash red while charging.

The earbud LED will light red while charging and turn off when fully charged. Case lights turn solid red after full charge.

Recharge the carry case using the included Type-C cable.

Charging Case Indicator:

• Red flashing: Case is charging.
• Solid red: Case is fully charged.

Earbud Indicator:

• Solid red: Earbuds are charging.
• Off: Earbuds are fully charged.

Power ON/OFF & Call Handling

Power ON

Remove earbuds from the charging case to auto Power ON.

Alternatively, touch and hold the R or L earbud for 2 seconds to hear "Power On".

Power OFF

Place earbuds back into the charging case.

Alternatively, touch and hold earbuds for 5 seconds to hear "Power OFF".

Call Handling

• Answer Call: Touch R or L earbud 1 time.
• End Call: Touch R or L earbud 2 times.
• Reject Call: Touch and hold R or L earbud for 2 seconds until a prompt sound is heard.

Reset Earbud Pairing

1. Remove both earbuds from the case.

2. Ensure both earbuds are powered off. Touch both L and R earbuds for 10 seconds until "Device Pairing" is heard. This clears all connection records.

3. The earbuds will auto-pair again after "Soundmates Connected" is heard.

4. Open the Bluetooth pairing list on your phone and click on "Soundmates ANC" to connect.

Note: Make sure both earbuds are powered off before resetting.

This product contains a lithium polymer battery. Lithium polymer batteries are environmentally safe when fully discharged. Please refer to your local and state laws for battery disposal procedures.
