Installation Instructions
Follow these steps for proper installation:
- Step 1: Assemble the flushing mechanism. (Refer to Diagram 1A and 1B)
- Insert the fill valve into the cistern.
- Insert the flush valve into the cistern.
- Connect the flush button mechanism.
- Step 2: Prepare the cistern. (Refer to Diagram 2)
- Attach the cistern to the toilet bowl using the provided bolts and seals. Ensure a watertight connection.
- Step 3: Connect the water supply. (Refer to Diagram 3)
- Connect the flexible water supply hose to the fill valve inlet.
- Ensure the connection is secure.
- Step 4: Mount the cistern to the bowl. (Refer to Diagram 4)
- Place the cistern onto the toilet bowl, aligning the bolt holes.
- Secure the cistern with the provided bolts.
- Step 5: Attach the cistern lid. (Refer to Diagram 5)
- Place the cistern lid onto the top of the cistern.
- Step 6: Connect the cistern to the bowl. (Refer to Diagram 6)
- a. Attach the flush pipe to the cistern outlet.
- b. Attach the flush pipe to the bowl inlet.
- c. Secure the connection with the provided seal and nut.
- Step 7: Install the toilet seat. (Refer to Diagram 7)
- Insert the seat hinges into the designated holes on the bowl.
- Secure the hinges with the provided screws.
- Attach the toilet seat to the hinges.
- Step 8: Final connections and checks. (Refer to Diagram 8)
- Ensure the water supply is connected and the shut-off valve is open.
- Check for leaks around all connections.
- Allow approximately 24 hours for the sealant to cure if used.
- Step 9: Wall mounting (if applicable). (Refer to Diagrams 9.1 and 9.2)
- Mark the desired position for the toilet on the wall.
- Drill holes for the mounting brackets using a Ø10 drill bit.
- Insert wall plugs and secure the brackets.
- Mount the toilet to the wall brackets.
- Ensure the toilet is level and stable.
- Step 10: Water supply connection to wall. (Refer to Diagram 10)
- Connect the water supply hose to the wall's water outlet.
- Ensure a secure and watertight connection.
- Step 11: Final checks. (Refer to Diagram 11)
- Flush the toilet to test the flushing mechanism.
- Check all connections for leaks.
- Ensure the toilet seat is properly attached.
Operation and Maintenance
Flushing: Press the flush button to operate the flushing mechanism.
Water Supply: The toilet requires a continuous water supply. Ensure the shut-off valve is open during normal operation.
Cleaning: Clean the toilet regularly with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the surface.
Maintenance: Periodically check all connections for leaks and ensure the flushing mechanism is functioning correctly.
Troubleshooting
Leaking: Check all seals and connections. Tighten any loose fittings. If the leak persists, replace the faulty seal or component.
Weak Flush: Ensure the water supply is adequate and the cistern is filling correctly. Check for any blockages in the flush pipe.
