Maintenance of Laser TV Screen

Use dust-free soft cotton cloth dipped in absolute ethanol to gently wipe the screen and frame.

Warning

  • Do not touch or wipe the screen with an ordinary towel.
  • Do not expose the screen to dripping or splashing.
  • Do not place the screen on an unstable cart, tripod or desktop. Dropping may cause serious damage and injuries.
  • Do not scratch or touch the screen with hard or sharp objects.
  • Do not expose the screen to direct sunlight.
  • Do not place the screen near inflammable, explosive and other dangerous objects.

Screen Assembly Steps

(I) Assemble Inner Frame

First, find the white protective sheet in the packing box, spread out the sheet and lay it on the clean ground for the following installation.

  1. Take out all the frames from the foam cotton and gently put them on the sheet separately. Check whether they are missing according to the parts list. Place the inner frame correctly according to the illustration. Splice upper and lower inner frames (A1) and upper and lower inner frames (A2) with inner frame connectors (C).

Methods: Insert one end of the upper and lower inner frame (A1) into the inner frame connectors (C), align it with the hole on the inner frame, use a piece of inner frame corner screw (E) to fix the inner frame, and then connect it with another upper and lower outer frame (A2). Repeat this step to splice the other two sections of the frame. The two left and right inner frames (B) are inserted into the inner frame connector (D), which are connected with the spliced long inner frame.

Diagram Description: The illustration shows the assembly of the inner frame. Components A1, A2, and B are joined using connectors C and D, with screws E securing the connections. Part G is also shown.

(II) Installation of Screen Surface

  1. Loosen the screws on the brackets at both ends of the paper tube with an M4 Allen screw wrench (Z2). Remove the brackets on both sides. Slowly remove the screen surface from the paper tube, and wear installation gloves to prevent the screen surface from being stained with sweat. Carefully unroll the screen surface and lay it on the sheet with the back of the screen facing upward (the side with the label is the back).

Diagram Description: The first illustration shows a cylindrical tube with brackets at the ends. Arrows indicate disassembling brackets and removing the screen. The second illustration shows the screen surface being carefully unrolled onto a protective mat, with its back side facing upwards.

  2. There are 6 fiber rods in total, of which 4 are of the same length and are used for two long sides. Insert 4 fiber rods (J1) into the sleeves of the long sides, and the other 2 slightly longer fiber rods (J2) into the sleeves of the short sides.

Diagram Description: This diagram depicts the screen surface laid flat. Four long fiber rods (J1) are shown being inserted into the long edges, and two shorter fiber rods (J2) are shown being inserted into the short edges. A label 'Down' is visible on the screen surface, indicating its orientation.

  3. Slide the screen edges into grooves of the pull rod (N) and pull rod (M) as shown in the illustration.

Diagram Description: The illustration shows the screen edges being guided into the grooves of the pull rods M (for the long sides) and N (for the short sides). A close-up view highlights the precise fit of the screen edge within the rod's groove.

  4. Center the inner frame on the back of the screen surface.

Diagram Description: This diagram shows the assembled inner frame being positioned centrally on the back of the screen surface. The screen is now ready for the frame to be secured.

  5. Ensure that the four sides of the screen are aligned with the outer edge of the frame. The M4 × 45 pull nail screw (L) is screwed into the Pull pin nut (K) in the pull rod through the hole in the inner frame hole. Install the four corners first according to the installation sequence of 1-1 → 2-2 → 3-3 → 4-4 in the illustration, first the long side and then the short side. Pre-tighten the screws to ensure that the four sides of the screen are aligned, and then tighten the screws symmetrically. The frame screws can be tightened to the side of the pull rod and close to the positioning line. If the screen surface is not flat, adjust the tension of the pull screws until the screen surface is flat.

Diagram Description: The diagram illustrates the process of securing the screen to the inner frame. Screws (L) are shown being inserted through holes in the inner frame into pull pin nuts (K) located in the pull rods (M, N). Numbered sequences (1-1, 2-2, 3-3, 4-4) indicate the recommended order for tightening the screws to ensure the screen is taut and flat. A magnified view shows the screw mechanism.

(III) Install Outer Frame

After splicing the long side outer frames (Q1) and (Q2) with the outer frame connecting screws (S), slightly lift the inner frame to buckle the outer frame on, and then splice the short outer frame (R) with the outer frame connector (O).

Diagram Description: This illustration demonstrates the assembly of the outer frame. Long outer frame pieces (Q1, Q2) are joined using screws (S). The inner frame is then slightly lifted to allow the outer frame to connect. Finally, the short outer frame pieces (R) are attached using outer frame connectors (O). Magnified views show the connection details with screws (S) and connectors (P, T).

(IV) Paste Cushion Block

Tear off the release film on one side of the cushion block and paste the cushion block on the inner frame as shown in the illustration. After the screen is hung on the wall, tear off the release film on the other side to fix the lower side of the screen to the wall.

Diagram Description: The diagram shows the assembled screen. A cushion block (U) is being attached to the inner frame. A release film is shown being peeled off. The text indicates that after hanging the screen, the other side of the cushion block's release film is removed to secure the screen to the wall. A measurement of '7.8 inches' is indicated, likely related to the cushion block placement or screen positioning.

(V) Install Wall Mounting Bracket

  1. According to the dimensions in the illustration, after drilling on the wall with a cp8 drill, fix the wall hanging bracket to the wall by inserting the plastic expansion pipe (Z1) into the hole on the wall.

Diagram Description: This diagram illustrates the wall mounting bracket installation. It shows dimensions for drilling and mounting the brackets (V) to the wall, including a width of 1100 mm and a height of 1484 mm for bracket placement. It mentions using a cp8 drill and plastic expansion pipes (Z1). Adjusting rods (W) are shown connected to the brackets.

  2. Tear off the protective films on the four corners of the screen. The screen stands upright, and the "Down" label on the back of the screen is at the bottom. After the screen is hung on the wall, rotate the adjusting rod (W) to adjust the height of the screen to achieve the best display effect.

Diagram Description: This diagram shows the overall screen dimensions (2250 mm width, 1280 mm height) and its position on the wall. It depicts the screen hanging from the wall brackets and highlights the adjusting rods (W) used to fine-tune the screen's height for optimal display. Side view dimensions of 303 mm and 373 mm are also shown.
