  1. Place the Cloth liner (F) on a clean area on the ground for screen assembly.
  2. Connect Long Inner Frame (A1) and Long Inner Frame (A2) using Connector (Q) and Connector (R) to form an integrated long inner frame. Secure by tightening M4x6 Screws (E). The connecting procedures are as follows:
    • Use M4x6 Screws (E) to connect Connector (Q) and Connector (R) with Long Inner Frame (A1).
    • Insert Connector (Q) and Connector (R) into Long Inner Frame (A2).
    • Use M4x6 Screws (E) to fix Connector (Q) and Connector (R) with Long Inner Frame (A2).

  5. Fasten the four angles with M4x6 Screws (E). First fasten screws marked with a circle, then fasten screws marked with a square, as shown in the figure. Ensure all four corners are properly in place to form a perfect square.

Diagrams show the frame corners being secured with M4x6 screws (E). A close-up view details the screw placement and tightening sequence.

  6. Mount the Vertical Beam (O) to support the frames. Ensure the vertical beam is positioned at the joint of Long Inner Frame (A1) and Long Inner Frame (A2), and fasten with four M3x7 Screws (N).

Diagram shows the vertical beam (O) attached to the center of the frame assembly using M3x7 screws (N).

Screen Material Installation

Please read this important note before proceeding with the installation of the material:

Before handling the Reflecting Screen (H), put on the supplied pair of White Gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints, dust, or oil on the surface of the material. The Reflecting Screen (H) is delicate and requires extreme care. Do not allow the material to fold or bend, as this will result in permanent damage not covered by warranty.

  1. Remove the Reflecting Screen (H) from the packaging tube and set it gently on a clean surface.

Tip: Place a small flat weighted object at the edge to prevent movement. Keep the front of the material face down.

  2. It is recommended that two people unroll the material to prevent bending or uneven rolling. Each person should hold one end and slowly unroll the screen in a clockwise direction.

Tip: Check for the "DOWNSIDE" label on the material.

  3. Lay the material completely flat with the front facing down on a clean surface in a horizontal position.

Figure 1 shows wearing gloves. Figure 2 shows unrolling the screen. Figure 3 shows the screen laid flat, front side down, with a "DOWNSIDE" label visible.

  4. Carefully place the assembled frame on top of the screen material. Align the screen material corner with the frame corner. To avoid puncturing the material, do not let the angled edge of the frame contact the screen directly.

Diagrams show the frame being placed onto the screen material, with a close-up on corner alignment. A tip indicates the back of the screen material should face up.

  5. With one end of the springs connected inside the frame groove, use the Spring Hook (K) to attach springs to the holes on the outer edge of the screen material. One hole on the horizontal outer edge corresponds to one spring.
    • Attach the four corners first. Use the Spring Hook (K) to attach springs to holes in the order of 1-1→2-2→3-3→4-4, then 5-5→6-6→7-7→8-8.

Diagrams illustrate the sequence for attaching springs to the screen material using the Spring Hook (K), showing numbered attachment points around the frame.

Tip: Each side will have one additional spring for standby application.

    • After installing the corners, assemble the remaining springs in the indicated order.

Diagrams show the sequence for attaching the remaining springs to the frame.

  6. When finished, stand the screen up. Check if the screen material is stretched out of the frame. If so, release the springs and readjust the material to ensure it is not over-stretched and that all sides are parallel to the frame.

Diagrams show the screen being checked for proper tension and alignment.

Outer Frame Installation

  1. Connect Long Outer Frame (L1) and Long Outer Frame (L2) with Connector (S) to form an integrated long outer frame. Secure by tightening M3x7 Screws (N).

Diagrams show L1 and L2 being connected by connector S using screws N.

  2. Place the outer frame along the four edges of the screen material. Ensure Long Outer Frame (L1) with the logo is at the bottom right.
  3. Place all frame pieces along the screen material edge. Adjust the trim so top and bottom pieces touch without gaps in the center. Align M3x7 Screws (N) with the holes and insert screws tightly.

NOTE: Do not install screen protective paper, foam, or nonwovens into the screen edge during frame installation.

Diagrams show the outer frame pieces being attached to the screen edge, with alignment points for screws N and the logo placement indicated.

  4. Place the L Corner Fitting (P) on the four corners. When the L Corner Fitting (P) fits the outer frame completely, tighten the screws into the holes.

Diagrams show the L Corner Fitting (P) being attached to the frame corners and secured with M3x7 screws (N).

Attention: Do not overtighten the plastic L Corner Fitting (P) as high twisting force can cause it to slip. The proposed force is less than 0.3 N.M.

  5. For the long frame, 6 screws are needed; for the short frame, 3 screws are needed. Align the L1, L2, M with the frame corners and holes.

Diagram illustrates screw placement for long and short frame sections.

  6. Look at the screen horizontally. If the material appears black, it is oriented correctly for wall mounting. If it appears white, turn the screen around before installing. The front and back of the screen should appear as shown below when finished.

Diagrams show the correct "Front side" (black material) and "Back side" views of the assembled screen.

Install the Wall Mount Brackets

NOTE: Ensure you have your paper template, pencil, tape, level, and screwdriver.

  1. Starting from the top of your TV stand, measure 73 inches (1.853m) above it to determine the height of the top of the paper template. Mark this height on the wall.
  2. Place the paper template on the center of the wall.

NOTE: The paper template should align with the mark made on the wall.

  3. Ensure the paper template is level.

Diagram shows a paper template being leveled on the wall.

IF YOU HAVE A DRYWALL WITH WOOD STUDS

NOTE: Ensure you have your stud finder.

  1. Use a stud finder to locate studs within the areas marked on the paper template. Mark the center of the studs with a pencil. Following the vertical line on the template, mark where the bottom screws should be placed.
  2. On the marks, drill holes for the four screws.
  3. Remove the paper template and install the brackets with the screws. Firmly tighten the screws.

NOTE: Hold the bracket in place while tightening the screw to prevent shifting.

Diagrams show drilling holes and installing brackets with screws.

IF YOU HAVE A SOLID CONCRETE OR CONCRETE BLOCK WALL

NOTE: Ensure you have your concrete anchors and hammer.

  1. Drill holes for the top screws. Following the vertical line on the paper template, drill holes for the bottom screws within the proposed area.
  2. Remove the paper template and insert four anchors into the holes. Ensure the anchors are flush with the concrete surface.
  3. Install the brackets with the screws and firmly tighten them.

NOTE: Hold the bracket in place while tightening the screw to prevent shifting.

Diagram shows inserting anchors into concrete and installing brackets.

CAUTION: All screws MUST be firmly tightened to prevent unwanted movement of the brackets. Ensure brackets are securely fastened to the wall before proceeding.

  1. Attach the upper and lower parts of the wall bracket wands with screws and bolts. Ensure the two parts are aligned and firmly tighten the screws.
  2. Hang the wands onto the wall-mount brackets.

Hang the Screen

  1. We strongly recommend that two people handle the screen when moving it. Use the included gloves to protect the screen from grease, sweat, and dirt.

Diagram shows two people carrying the screen.

  2. Place the assembled screen vertically on the ground. Check the screen horizontally. If the material is black, it is oriented correctly for mounting. If it is white, turn the screen around before installing.
  3. Split the release paper on one side of the velcro strips. Paste the velcro strips on the left and right side of the bottom of the screen (on the back side).

Diagram shows velcro strips being applied to the back of the screen.

  4. Place the screen onto the brackets.

NOTE: Mounting the laser TV console to the ceiling is not recommended. If done, the screen orientation must be reversed, which may diminish the function of offsetting ambient light.

  5. Adjust the Height of the Screen. Attach the handles of the wands to the wall-mount brackets and adjust the screen height. Refer to the top border to match the screen to the display image.

WARNING: Do not look directly at the lens when this device is on, as the laser light may damage your eyes! ⚠️

  6. If the screen is higher than the image, rotate the wands clockwise to move the screen down. If the screen is lower than the image, rotate the wands counterclockwise to move the screen up. After adjusting the height, remove the handles. Fold and rest the wands on the screen bracket at the bottom of the screen.

Diagrams illustrate adjusting screen height by rotating wands and folding them.

  7. Ensure the screen is horizontally and vertically level. To prevent bracket wands from affecting vertical level, fold and rest them on the screen bracket at the bottom of the screen.

Diagram shows the screen being leveled and wands folded.

  8. When finished adjusting the screen position, split the release paper on the other side of the velcro strips. Remove the foam support and push the screen to the wall.
