Operating Instructions
How to Use
- Place the unit on a flat, stable surface in a well-ventilated room, away from heat sources. Do not use the device near water, faucets, bathtubs, etc.
- Plug the device into a suitable socket.
- Remove the wire basket and place it aside.
Preparation
- Moisten the towels under running water.
- Wring out all excess water from the towels. The towels must be damp, not wet. It may be necessary to wring out the towels several times.
- Fold or roll the towels and place them in the wire basket. Do not overload the basket and do not place towels directly into the appliance.
- Insert the basket into the appliance.
- Close the appliance door firmly.
- Press the "I" button; the indicator light will always be on when the unit is powered.
- Press the "O" button to turn off the appliance.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Maintenance should be performed after each day of use.
- Turn off the appliance using the switch.
- Unplug the device from the electrical socket.
- The contents of the warmer may be hot, so wait a while for it to cool down slightly. Then, remove the basket from the warmer and set it aside to dry after removing the towels.
- Wipe the interior surfaces with a soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. For cleaning the exterior, use a cloth and mild soap.
- Remove the drip tray and empty its contents. Set the tray aside to dry.
UV Lamp Replacement
- Turn off the device using the switch.
- Unplug the device from the socket.
- Remove all screws on the rear panel (inside and outside the unit).
- Screw in the new bulb with specifications listed in the table above. After use, turn off the bulb using the 'on/off' button.

Important Safety Precautions
REMEMBER TO EXERCISE EXTREME CAUTION AS THE WIRE BASKET AND INTERNAL SURFACES MAY BE HOT. ALWAYS WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES TO AVOID BURNS.
- The appliance is a professional device for use in beauty salons. Operation by qualified beauty personnel will prevent undesirable consequences during treatment.
- The device must not be disassembled or attempted to be used for purposes other than those stated in this manual. All servicing and repairs must be performed only by an authorized service technician (ACTIVESHOP Sp. z o.o.).
- Do not install or use the device near liquids, in wet areas, or with wet hands – to prevent liquids from entering the device.
- In the following cases, immediately unplug the device and contact the authorized service provided by ACTIVESHOP Sp. z o.o.: (a) liquid has entered the appliance, (b) the appliance emits an unusual odor, smoke, or strange noises, (c) the power cord has been damaged, (d) the appliance has been tipped over or its casing damaged.
- Do not place any objects on the cables. Do not install the device in places where the power cord could be stepped on.
- For safety reasons, unplug the power cord from the socket every time you finish working with the device.
- Do not insert anything into the device openings. If a foreign object enters an opening, unplug the cable and contact the distributor or manufacturer.
- Do not place the appliance on an unstable cart, shelf, or vehicle. The device may be damaged if it falls.
- To ensure the longevity of the appliance, we recommend observing a one-minute interval before pressing the power button again (between switching on and off, and vice versa).
- The power supply must comply with the specifications indicated on the rating plate. Otherwise, there is a risk of malfunction, damage, or even fire.
WARNING
- In case of damage to the power cord or other faults, contact an authorized service center to prevent potential hazards.
- This device may be used by children aged 8 and above, and by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, provided they are supervised or have been instructed on the safe use of the device and understand the associated risks.
- The device is not intended for children to play with. Do not allow children to play with the device.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended if children or persons unfamiliar with its use are nearby.
- This electrical appliance is not a toy. Improper use or contact with the electrical appliance can endanger health or lead to death, therefore the appliance should be used and stored out of reach of children.
Appliance Disposal
Dispose of used electrical appliances, accessories, and packaging at recycling centers in accordance with environmental protection principles. Electrical appliances should not be disposed of in household waste containers. Follow the regulations for the disposal of this type of equipment. For environmental protection, in accordance with Directive 2012/19/ES, Waste electrical and electronic equipment should be collected separately and handed over at collection points for waste electrical and electronic equipment. Old appliances containing fully recyclable components should be returned for recycling at the end of their service life. Therefore, they should be handed over at appropriate collection points and also to ACTIV Tomasz Pacholczyk.
Storage and Transport
The device should be transported at temperatures from (-) 20 °C to (+) 50 °C only in its original packaging. The device should be stored in a well-ventilated area with a relative humidity not exceeding 75%. Operating temperature from (+) 10 °C to (+) 40 °C. During storage and transport, the device must not be thrown or dropped, exposed to mechanical shocks, or atmospheric influences.
