Getting Started
How to Connect
- Download the official "Find Hub" app from the Google Play Store.
- Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is enabled and WiFi/cellular signal is strong.
- Remove the battery insulation tab to power on the device. Your phone will automatically display the connection page.
- Click "Connect".
- Read "Use Responsibly" and click "Agree and Continue".
- Once connected, click "Open App" to access the product management page.
How to Use the Function Button
- Power on: Press the button once.
- Power off: Press and hold the button for 5 seconds.
- Reset: Press the button 4 times quickly within 3 seconds, then press and hold the 5th time until a beep is heard.
How to Replace the Battery
Use the provided tool to open the device shell.
Tip: For refunds, please remove any added items before returning the product to protect your privacy.
Find Hub Features
- See on map: View a map of your surroundings to precisely locate your tagged item. Zoom in and out as needed.
- Activate device: Use audio or visual cues (ring the tag, flash its LED) to find items that are difficult to locate.
- Hot/cold "nearby finding": Indicates signal strength to help you narrow down the location of your item when you are close by.
- A community for finding: Leverages the network of Android devices worldwide to assist in finding lost items.
- Beyond the phone: Integrates with Google Assistant on devices like Google Home or Pixel Watch. Use voice commands such as, "Hey Google, find my keys."
- Privacy, built-in: Your location data is end-to-end encrypted, ensuring only you can access it.
- For your eyes only: Google does not use or share your data collected through the Find Hub app.
- Unknown tracker alerts: Notifies you if an unfamiliar device is detected moving with you, allowing you to view its location on a map, ring it, or seek further assistance.
